I'd like to wake up
Early one morning
As the sunlight is just starting to peak through the windows
And it's cold
But I'm warm and cozy
With an angel snuggled up on my chest
And gently stroke my fingers through my angel's small curls
And watch as they peacefully sleep

Place a small, tender kiss on their precious forehead
Share this tender moment
With a piece of me
And the greater piece of me
Or even
Wake up to my angel caressing me as I wish to caress them
And look upon their beautiful face
And hold their piercing, burning gaze of intense emotion
And know that they love me
As much as I love them
That we care about each other
That we have unconditional love
Never to be broken
Never to falter
Never to cease
