“Argh!! This sure is a big fish!!!” Natsu grunted as he pulled the fish.

“Natsu...” Happy fretfully said as he ate the small fish on his paws.

“Well, now that we’ve come to this...” the pink-head mage stated while concentrating his magic power on his hands.

Power was starting to accumulate on his hands. Even though his sweat was totally dripping from his forehead down to his chin and all over his body, he was still able to muster up his magic. Fire was blazing on both of his hands and he held the fishing rod tighter than before. His arm muscles swelled and his veins were finally showing due to the force his implying. He took a step back, a deep and long breath and he finally hauled the fish in one stroke.

The big catch was finally brought to the surface. Natsu and Happy gaped on the creature as they were overwhelmed by its enormous size. The two were absolutely amazed, even Natsu himself, that he was able to pull such ‘monster’. A real monster, actually.

“W-What... is that?” the flame mage asked to his self.

The beast roared to Natsu and Happy. Just the roar itself was able to blow the two away.

“N-N-Natsu!!” the blue cat shrieked in panic.

“W-What on Earth is this?!!” Natsu cried.

The two were totally bewildered. They, too, were caught in confusion. They don’t have any idea what the monster was. It was bigger, way bigger than any beast they ever saw. It was as big as a...

“C-could it be...” Natsu’s eyes widened as his mind came up with an answer, “a DRAGON!!”

“A dragon??!  Happy thought as he hid behind Natsu’s firm legs.

Yes. It resembled a dragon instead of a Vulcan or any monster they’ve seen so far. From its silvery scale-like skin, sharp teeth, ferocious eyes, razor-sharp claws, and most of all, the enormous size, it really convinced the mage and the cat that it was a dragon that they saw.

The dragon wrecked havoc in the lake. It’s long and spiky tail struck the silent water sending splashes on the shore. It lifted its right front arm and let it crash to the ground. It roared once again. The ferocious monster’s snarls and roars were deafening. It sent sheer terror to the forest and its inhabitants, especially to the fairytail mages. It heavily stomped its ginormous feet leaving craters on the ground and when it spotted the mages, it quickly whipped its tail on them and sent the two flying. Natsu had finally noticed that the monster was seriously trying to kill them. So, after flinging in the air, he mustered his magic power on his two feet and when he landed on the tree, he used his feet to boost his body. He gave the silvery beast a heavy punch on its head just enough to knock it down – or so he thought.

“Natsu…..” Happy purred as he watched his partner fight the monster. He gathered his strength and decided to join his buddy. He flew to Natsu and caught him at the he was falling down after attacking the creature.

                “Happy!!” Natsu yelled.

Happy gave him a weak yet reassuring smile.

“Alright! Let’s do this together, Happy!”
