Someone Better

You hear a loud knock on the door causing you to jump. You get up and open the door. H/N is standing there and looks furious. You move from the door and he walks and sits on your bed. You go and sit beside him. You take his hand.

"What's wrong?" He doesn't answer immediately.

"My mom!" His mom was an alcoholic and lashed out a him.

"What happened?" You put you hand on his face and he jumps a bit.

"She was drunk and she began to yell at me. She called me worthless and told me how little of importance I was."

"You know that's not true."

"That's not why I'm mad."

"Then why?"

"She insulted you. SHe told me you didn't love me and that you..." A tear fell from his eye." That you would find someone better and I would just be what you would call a mistake."

Part of you was angered she would say that to him. You wiped the tear from his face and made him look at you. You gave him a kiss.

"H/N I love you. She is lying to you. You are not a mistake, you are not worthless, and you have so much importance I can't even begin to tell you. I couldn't get anything better than you. You have helped me through so much and have held me in times of needs. You make me laugh when I need a good joke and the way you make me feel when you kiss me is indescribable." You kissed him." There's the feeling I love."

He began to smile.

"There's the smile I love. H/N I love you so much."

"Y/N I love you too." He kisses you passionately. "I have no doubts now."

"Good."
