In His Arms

Planes had become something you just got use to. When you were a kid you absolutely hated them but now you're on them all the time. You could tell your tour was over by your sore throat. Your band had just finished another five month tour and you were headed home to H/N. He was so supportive about this. He was there every step of the way.

You plane had announced it will the landing soon. Your heart letter at the thought of seeing his face. The plane landed and you grabbed your stuff and left. As you stepped out you looked around for H/N. People surrounded you meeting there loved ones. Which only made you more eager.

Then you caught his eye. He looked at you and a smile of relief spread across both of your faces. Your heart beat quickened. You dropped your stuff and ran to him. It felt like a movie. He began running towards you. You jumped into his arms, the arms you had longed to be in for sometime now. He stumbled back and squeezed you tight.

"God I missed you." He whispered into your ear.

Without knowing it you had stopped breathing. Taking a moment for breathe you spoke," I missed you too. I love you."

You hadn't told him you loved him Ina while. Well not in person. Of course you did over the phone, text, FaceTime, ect. but there is something about saying it in person.

"I love you too so much." Slowly he put you back down.

You wrapped his arm around your waist making sure you never left his touch. You retrieved your things and headed to the car. The only time he let go of you was to put your bags in and to get in the car. The car ride home was silent. Simply because you both had to take in that you two are together.

Stepping into the house you were welcomed by a familiar. H/N helped you get your stuff in the house. You both headed to to your room and plopped on the bed. You two talked about your tour and what he did who's you were gone. Before you knew it was almost 2:00 am. With a sigh H/N began to get off your bed to leave. Before he could leave you grabbed his hand.

"I know you have to go to work tomorrow but please just stay with me. I've waited so long just to see you and I don't want to let you go so soon." He smiled like he had wanted you to ask him to stay.

He climbed into bed with you and just held you. He held you tight but enough to so you were comfortable. After months of waiting you were finally in H/N's arms.
