Chapter 11

I woke up to the smell of bacon, I put on Daunte's shirt and  my underwear and walked downstairs.

"Morning sleepyhead," he said putting plates down. I smiled at him and kissed his cheek.

"Morning," I stretched and walked to him.

"Gimme a real kiss," he said puckering his lips. I let him kiss my hand and he gave me a serious look. He picked me up bridal style and carried me to the couch and pinned me down. "Kiss?," I kissed him nice and slow. He rubbed my leg and pulled up my shirt half way.

"BEEP BEEP!,"the fire alarm goes off.

"Oh shit," I laugh and follow him into the kitchen and the eggs were burnt. I sit on top of the table and eat the bacon. "Fat ass," he mumbled.

"What was that?," I asked him. "You trynna fight?," I asked him.

"Rosalyn your going to lose,"

"Daunte you got it all wrong YOUR  going to lose," he put the pan in the water and walked over to me.

"RING!," His phone starts ringing. I walk away from him and put on some pants, my legs are cold. I put on my clothes and get ready to leave. I picked up my purse and walked downstairs.

"Where you going?,"

"Im going home," I said grabbing my keys.

"Why?,"

"You busy, call me when your available,"

"Baby I am," he hung up his phone. I looked at him and just about to go sit back down, his phone started ringing again.

"Call me later," I walked outside and Jaii was leaning on my car. "Go somewhere," I get to the driver's side.

"So you give it up to him and not me," he says jealous.

"You got Cassidy you good," I said.

"What you mean! I never slept with her, "

"You just told on yourself, bye Jaii," I drive home and release my anger.

"Ma! Papa!,"I yell.

"Back here baby!," they said in the den.

"What yall doing?,"

"Planning for the family reunion,"

"When is it?,"

"This Saturday, we just need to make a few more phone calls," my dad says.

"Where at?,"

"Lims Park," she says.

"I'll be there,"

"RING RING!,"I pick up my phone and walk upstairs.

"Hello?,"

"Babe come back," Daunte says.

"Im already at home and settled down, "I lied.

"Then I'll come over,"

"Okay," I roll my eyes and go back to my house.

"m on my way," I parked my car and walk in the house.

DONT ANSWER(Cassiddy): can we please please talk

-theres nothing to talk about, so drop it

"DING DONG!,"I get up and Daunte is smiling with one rose in his hand.

"What is this for?," I ask him handing me the rose.

"Because you were mad and I wanted to make it up to you ," I smiled.

"Thank you," I pecked him on the lips.

"Who wasn't it anyways?,"

"Nobody important," he said. I nodded and we sat on the couch watching Titanic. I fell asleep on his lap and he stroked my hair.

Daunte's POV

Rosalyn fell asleep on my lap after an hour into the movie, I just stroked her hair and scrolled through instagram. Her phone dinged and a guy name pop up, I didn't want to snoop but she got a lot of texts from this guy.

Marlon<3: Wassup

Marlon<3: you going Saturday?

Marlon<3: come over I got a gift for you

Marlon<2: missed ya, call me later

I tried to text to this fool that she taken but I don't know her password. It made anoise when I didn get her password. She jumped up and looked at me with her phone.

"What are you doing with my phone?, " she asked me. She snatched and replied to the texts.

"So you really going to answer those texts to another dude in front of me, "

"This other dude is the closest person to me! Daunte don't start, "

"Im trying to be faithful, and you messing with other dudes," She just looked at me.

"You think Im messing with," she laughed. "Just come with me tomorrow and you can meet him," she laughed and laughed.

"Nothing is funny," I said.

"Aww somebody mad?," she wrapped her arms around me and cuddled. Before we knew it we were knocked out.
