For The Road

Chapter 25

"Im so tired," I layed on the couch and closed my eyes. Tyler went straight to the kitchen.

"Babe get up!," he said.

"Why?," I whined.

"So we can go out to eat," he said stooping to my level.

"Where do you want to go?,"

"Hm? Red Lobster or something,"

"Okay but do me a favor?," I ask him.

"What?,"

"Carry me upstairs please," He rolls his eyes and picks me up bridal style. He puts me on the bed gently, and looks for clothes. I get up and walk over to the closet with him, I find my loose top andc my shorts to match. I pull out the heels that I bought with April, I walked to the shower and took my sweet and lovely time. I got out of the hot shower and looked for my clothes. I grabbed my towel and wrapped it around myself and rushed to the room.  I looked for underwear and my bra, I search almost everywhere.

"Baby?," Tyler walks into the room.

"Have you seen my bra?," I ask him.

"This ole thang?," he says showing it to me.

"Yes that ole thang," I snatch it shoo him out. "Out,"

"Wait why? I already seen everything,"

"Tyler,"

"Baby," he drew me closer to him and held me.

"Bye," I push him out of the room and put on my clothes. I got dressed and curled my hair. I added light makeup and added my jewelry. Tyler walked in looking cute and handsome, he smiled at me.

"Don't we look like a couple," he said wrapping his arms around my waist and his neck in the the crook of my neck.

"Yes, a couple that  is hungry is hell so come on," we put on our shoes and feed Angus.

"Bye Angus," I say locking the house up.

"Will that be all?," the waiter asks.

"Yes," I look at Tyler.

"May I take your menus," he grabs our menus and walks away.

"So tell me about your family," I said grabbing the bread.

"Well we aren't as close since my brother died, "

"Are you okay?,"

"Yes it was ages ago," I feel relieved. "But my sister is just all over the place, nobody comes to visit anymore like since everybody turned 18 we split away,"

"Wow that is -,"

"Rough I know,"

"But you all good now right?, "I ask taking a piece of my bread.

"Yeah of course your in my life," I blushed.

"Have you always been this flirtatious?," I ask him smiling.

"Yep player player," he says showing out.

"Ew no," I said covering my eyes.

"I know you love it, I know you want it," I laughed him singing.

"You a fool," I said. The dinner was fun yet loving. Was I falling for him? Falling hard?

Once our food arrived we were still talking here and there, I saw somebody familiar. It looked like Andre and Jason getting kicked out? I wasn't so sure, so I didn't want to get up.

"My dad is in love with you," Tyler said.

"That's good right?,"

"No," he said with a serious face. I had a scared yet concerned look on my face. "Just playing,"

"You know where that got you last time," I said darting my eyes at him. He smiled at me and we finished eating. We walked along the pier and played a few arcade games.

"Come one come all to play basketball rocket! You get 3 shots to win this giant bear, two shots will get you a medium sized. One shot will get you a small teddy bear," he said.

"Go because I want a teddy bear," I said forcing him to play.

"How about you!," he pointed to Tyler. Tyler walked over there and payed the man. "Here you are," Tyler dribbled and made the first one, and the second. "Last one," Tyler took his time and made it, I smiled and clapped. "Here you are sir," he handed tyler the giant teddy bear, which tyler gave to me.

"Thank you," I kissed his soft lips.

"Your Welcome," he grabbed my hand and went back home.

I walked inside the house and I saw rose petals in the shape of a heart. I saw a picture of Tyler and I in the middle. There was candles, my favorite scent vanilla. I smiled and cried tears of joy, I turned back to Tyler.

"You did this?," I asked him. He nodded and smiled. "But how?,"

"I have ways," he said. I smiled and kissed him, I am so happy. How sweet, never had anyone do this for me.

"What is all of this for?,"

"To heard the words I love you,"

"oh that's what you wanted?," I asked him wrapping my arms around him. One hand grabbed his length and the other pulled him closer to me. "I love you so much Tyler," I whispered into his ear. I drew back and smiled. "Now I will be upstairs,"
