"ROSALYN!,"Cassidy yelled. She ran to me and I hugged her.

"You acting like I haven't seen you in weeks," We walk to our lockers.

"Well after last night so much happened I couldn't keep up," she said biting her lip.

"What you talking about?, "

"Well I got with thkis dude and he had-, "

"EW SHUT UP!,"I nidge her and she giggles.

"Felt like I was I another world," she made a rainbow with her hands.

"You crazy," I closed my locker and we walked to the benches.

"Wheres yo boo?," she asked.

"Boo?," I shook my head. "Naw, "

"Daunte fool!,"she said.

"First of all he aint my boo, second we just friends," I felt arms around on my shoulder.

"Just friends, please," Cassidy said. I looked up and Daunte was smiling down at me.

"Wassup," he said.

"Hi," I wanted to brush his arm off but being in his arms feel so good.

"Hey," Cassidy said not looking away from her phone. She something else.

"Where you heading?,"

"To History you?,"

"Math,"

"Ugh Im stuck with you,"Cassidy groaned. I nudged her arm and turn back to him.

"Aye but find me at lunch I gotta talk to you, "he says.

"No no boo boo she all mine today," Cassidy said.

"Please Cassidy," he whined.

"Stop being so childish," I say playfully slapping him.

"Fine whatever," she says. I hugged her andshe walsk to class. I walk in my room and theres a guy sitting in my seat.

"Im sorry this is my seat," he turns to me and looks at me.

"Im sor- oh hey Rosalyn," Jaii said.

"Oh Hi," I slide into my seat and he sat on my desk.

"Where did you go last night you didn't hear me calling yo name,"

"Actually I did but I didn't want to deal with yo girl," he chuckled.

"She not my girl, "

"Okay Jaii," I said pulling my phone out.

"We good?,"

"Whatever," I scroll through instagram.

"Rosalyn?,"

"Hmm?," I raise my eyebrows but don't look at him.

"We good,"

"Mhmm sure," I said. He started tickling me and I laughed.

"We good?," I laughed.

"Yeah," I stop laughing and tried to be mad.

"You trying to be mad?,"

"How did you know?,"he laughed.

"I can tell," I roll ym eyes.

"So you got a daughter?,"

"Yeah he name is Stephanie, "I nod.

"Pretty name," I said. "How old?,"

"Shes 9 months,"

"AWW!,"I said he smiled.

"Yeah," he smiled and showed me a picture of her. She had the fatest yet cutest cheeks.

"Shes so cute," he smiled. "All the niggas gonna be drooling,"

"Like I am over you," I stop smiling and look up at him.

"Alright class lets get started!," the teacher said. Jaii hopped off my desk and went to his seat in the back. I bit my lip and smiled.
