He walks past me without saying a word, I flip through the channels with the ice pack on my cheek. I am not going to work like this, hell no.

"Hello?," Tyler darts his eyes at me. "Yes I have the flu I wont be able to make it to work," he eyes into me. "I know, thank you for understanding," I hang up.

"Why did you do that?," he asks me sitting on the edge of the bed.

"Because, I look a mess," Layah crawls on the bed and over to Tyler. He picks her up and plays with her.

"You-, "

"Don't," I say.

"Rosalyn Im sorry," he says.

"You always say it but you don't mean it," he gets up and walks towards Layah's room. We are not done with this, I follow him. "Im tired of forgiving you Tyler!," He groans.

"Nobody ever told you too," he yells at me. I want to cry, instead I walk to the room and lock the door. "Dammit Rosalyn you know I didn't mean it," he banged on the door.

"Leave! You basically just said you want to leave! LEAVE THEN!," I yell through the door.

"I didn't mean it, it slipped, "

"Why was it in your mind anyway," I say calming down.

"To be honest, all this weed in getting to me," he says. "Rosalyn Kamryn Morris, I love you so much, nobody knows our love hate love," I giggle. "We need to just sit down and talk, I know I did a lot of dumbshit and you forgave me," I nod. "But this, I want to work things out," I bit the insides of my mouth. "I know you might say, when we talk we end up on top of each other, " True. "But we need to really sit down and talk. Rosalyn you mean the world to me," I reach for the door handle and unlock the door.

"You really mean it?,"

"Of course," he says leaning to the crack of the door. Our faces inches apart, I look at his aspects of his face. "Can I come in?," I admire him. I love him, no matter what we go through. "Rosalyn?," he says. I snap back into reality, and he wipes some drool off the corner of my mouth.  I giggle and let him in.

"Sorry," Once Tyler walks in Angus runs out. "I don't want to-," he cuts me off with a kiss. No we need to- oh his lips on mine. Heaven. We fall on to the bed, feels like heaven on earth with him. Rosalyn talk not sexy sexy. His lips touch on my neck, his cold touch, makes me gasp.

"I love you so much," he says on my neck. His cold fingers touch my waist, I close my eyes.  Communicate. Next thing I know we are shirtless, his abs though.

"Wait wait," I push him up and off.

"What you aint no virgin that's for sure," he smirks.

"Shut up," I gently push him. "But we need to talk not, you know,"

"Just say the word,"

"No its odd," I put on his shirt.

"Say it, say sex. You do it, so just say it," he says.

"No," I sit up.

"Sex," he says really deep.

"Ew I hate that word," I cover my ears.

"Just say it," He says rubbing my thigh. "By the end of the night I will make you say it," he says smirking. I bit my lip, COMMINCATE.

"Whatever, lets talk,"

Tyler and I talked for hours about us, we agreed on taking it slower now. Not jumping to conclusions ever 30 seconds, talking about it. Its going to be hard but I can do it.

"Layah you want to see auntie and cousin,"

"No," she says playing with her doll.

"Too bad,"I pick her up and she starts whining. "Porbecieto," I say patting her back. (Poor Baby). Tyler walked in her room and took her away from me. "discúlpeme" (Excuse me).

"What?," he said. "And quit with all that Spanish stuff," I shake my head and grab his length.

"You sure you want me to stop," He looks down at me.

"Layah daddy and mommy will be right back," I laugh and run away from him. This makes me feel like a teenager again, like I have no problems in the world. I feel his arms wrap around my waist, me laughing. "Don't run from me," I laugh and turn towards him.

"And If I do?," I ask him. He sets me down, me still wrapped into his arms.

"That's a whole different story," I smile and pucker my lips. Since our talk, we are changing one step at a time.

**the next day**

"Babe I have to go to work, call me later," I tell him. He turns over and looks at me, he patted the spot next to him. "No I have to go," he sucked his teeth.

"Alright love you," he said. "Be careful," I kiss him goodbye.

"Whatever Dad," I said grabbing my purse.

"That's right, don't you forget," I laugh and walk out of the house. As I drive to work, I have a huge smile on my face. Im going to get my own office, everything is going in the right path.

"Rosalyn Darling!," Kristy yelled as I walked into the building.

"Hey," I smile and grab the donut off the table. "Wheres all my stuff?,"

"In your office, we set it up for you,"

"You didn't have to do that, but Thank you," she leads me to my office. It has a nice view over the things below, its glass to see everywhere. The desk is shiny and new, my name in on the desk. There was a large TV, and a small fridge in the corner. The office was just perfect.

"You like it?,"

"Love it," I smile. "I need to go thank Mr.Kaline," I walk to the elevator and went down to his office.

"Hahaha," I hear his deep laugh. I knock on the door and wait for a response. "Come in," he says. I walk in and he is talking to somebody, he looks familiar. "Oh Rosalyn hello? Meet Jason, my son," Jason? I look at Jason and he is smiling at me.

"I think we met before," He stands up and puts his hand out. "Hello," I shake his hand and he kiss it. I am still shocked, and wow.

"Uh- Hi," I said.

"Rosalyn may I help you?," Mr. Kaline asked.

"I just wanted to thank you," I say.

"Its my pleasure, can you just please send these to Kristy,"

"Yes, uhm nice seeing you," I said to Jason walking out. I walked to the elevator and I stepped into it waiting for the door to close.

"Uhm excuse me," Jason walks into the elevator. "Going up?," he asks.

"Yeah," He pressed the highest level.

"What are you doing?," I asked him.

"Why did you stop talking to me?,"

"I didn't have a choice,"

"Why?,"

"Because," Ding. Next Level. "My husband wanted me to," Ding. Somebody stepped onto the elevator and smiled. We stood there awkwardly, saying nothing. Ding.

"Do you always listen to him?," he asks me.

"Well we listen to each other," I say.

"Why cant we just be friends, or acquaintances. Or really, really close friends," he says stepping towards me. Ding. Highest Level. We stand there looking at each other, gazing into each other's eyes.
