They said the weak gets left behind and the only strong survives but they forget every leader needs to lead the weak or else they wouldn't be a leader in the first place. A army wouldn't be a army if there were no soldiers and only a general in charge. A school wouldn't be a school without students and only a principal. A team of basketballers wouldn't be a team if there weren't any players but only a captain.
If you leave someone behind, you aren't a leader but a loser because leaders lead the people to a greater height, not walk on their own and couldn't care less if everyone makes it.
