I feel that people have zero rights to force someone to respect them. Be it friends or family members, no one should be forced to respect someone. I feel that respect is earned. If you do not earn your respect , don't expect anyone to just give it to you. I honestly feel disgusted when people demand respect or say that they have no rights to disrespect someone. Entirely, it's a persons choice. Earn it , don't demand it.
