Definitely some mistakes are hard to forgive. We find it hard to accept the wrong people did to us and the pain that comes with it. It takes great courage to forgive someone who did great wrong.
But, not forgiving someone is not wrong either in my opinion. If you did wrong and that person refuses to forgive you, maybe it's because that person hasn't healed completely or he/she needed more time to accept everything as it is.
Or maybe, not forgiving someone makes them happier that way because there is absolutely NO WAY that they can forgive you. Maybe someday they'll find a place in their heart to forgive but it doesn't have to be right now.
