I feel like I'm clingy
I feel like I'm smothering you
But the only reason I am
Is because I love you

You're my only friend
The only person I can trust
You're always there for me
When no one else is

If I'm every too much
Please just tell me
So I can back away
And leave you be

I never want
To annoy the crap out of you
And I never want
To be a bother

If I ever am
Promise you'll tell me
Even if I'm feeling like giving up

Always wanting to talk to you
Jealous when you talk to others
Only satisfied when you're focusing on me

Not wanting to tell me
In case it'll break me again

I'm sorry if I'm ever clingy or smothering. I'm sure you know who you are because I write poems about you all the time and I always tell you to read them. You have to know who you are. I'm sorry, but if I'm ever bothering you, promise you'll tell me. I won't be able to handle it if I'm bothering you or if you have me, and it's my fault and you're not telling me. Please tell me.
