Chapter 5

Taylor Lautner is Jake!

After Kasey caught me and Kaleb we went back to the table and didn't say anything.  Kaleb took my phone and put his number in.  Kasey also gave me her number. Mason and Kasey walked to the cars, obviously flirting until he looked back at me and gave me a disgusted look. I looked at my feet and kept walking. Kaleb must have told Jackson and Jackson told Jake because he wasn't even speaking to me.

The car ride was even worse because Jace didn't feel good so I had to sit between Jake and Mason. They both sat with their arms crossed and didn't even look at me.  When I texted Kasey she didn't reply.  Well great.  I've been here for three days and pissed everyone I trust off.

I went to my room and went to bed. I was not in the mood to deal with anyone else.

I woke up to Kason climbing in my bed. "Mommy wants you for breakfast"

I nodded and he laughed. I put on some jeans and threw a shirt over my head. I went downstairs and Nick and Jackson were all there. "Hey guys" I greeted and grabbed a plate of French toast. No one said anything so I decided to eat in the living room. Jessie was vacuuming and she stopped and sat next to me.

"What's got you down sweetheart"

"Everyone's mad at me"

"Why are they mad at you? "

"I kissed Kaleb, well he kissed me first but"

"Oh honey. Even I know they all hate him. He's a douche." she said and rubbed my back.

"I just met the guy Jessie I didn't know. " I teared up.

"I know I know, they'll get over it sweetie just pretend nothing happened unless it meant something to you? "

"NO! "

"Then you go back in that dining room and you eat at that table and you bug those boys until they forgive you because their just upset you didn't see him as everyone else does. "

"Thanks Jessie. I appreciate it"

"it's alright sweetie, anything for you. We love you"

"I love you guys too" I said and picked up my plate and went to the dining room.  All the boys stopped talking and looked at me. 

"Why are you back in here? " Jace asked.

"Because this is where we eat and I'm eating" I said and sat down. Jake,  Nick, Jackson and Mason got up and left.

"What did you do? "

"I kissed Kaleb"

"Oh my your an idiot" he laughed. 

"Thanks Jace." I laughed "And you were my favorite"

"Sorry but everyone hates Kaleb he's mean.  Plus, he hurt Kasey"

"Hurt Kasey? How? "

"He punched her a lot.  She had to go the the doctor for a long time because her head always hurt"

"Kaleb abused Kasey? "

"Yeah.  Jake and Nick and Jackson almost killed him but daddy stopped them"

"I'm sorry Jace but I will be right back" I got up and went upstairs to Masons room. The door was shut but I knocked. Mason came to the door and was about to shut it again. 

"Mason please.  Let me say something" he rolled his eyes and opened  the door more.  I went in and they were playing the Xbox. "I know about Kasey and Kaleb" Nick tensed and Jackson paused the game.
