Phil did love Dan, oh so much. He wanted to be with him so badly, but his parents made him get a girlfriend. They just forced him to be girlfriend and boyfriend with a girl. Phil didn't like girls, he liked boys.
Phil knew he broke Dan's heart, and it broke his too. He wanted to hug Dan, and kiss every part of him, and cuddle with him forever, but he couldn't because of his parents. He was twenty nine, for God's sake! His parents couldn't control what he did, but they did, and now Phil was stuck with a girl he really didn't like. She was clingy, and stubborn. He wouldn't mind if Dan was like that, though.
Phil didn't want to hurt the girl by dumping her or anything, but he couldn't stand her and didn't want to be with her. He didn't know what to do.
