Ponyboy: He hides behind a pillow the whole time.

Sodapop: "Did you see that? Oh my God!"

Dally: Would say something like, "That's a nice high quality butcher knife, if I do say so myself.

Darry: He sleeps throughout the whole movie.

Johnny: Nervously laughs, "I'm not even scared." After the movie, he can't sleep alone.
