Okay so in English class, we had to have an independent reading book. So I chose, That Was Then, This Is Now. My English teacher passed by me and asked what I was reading. I showed her the cover. And this is what she literally said:

"Isn't that from the GUY who wrote The Outsiders?

I just said "yeah", without correcting her.

I was about to flip my shit.
