Day 2 of The countdown 3 days and 4 hrs 21 minutes and 32 seconds till the wedding

As I looked up from my bedroom window I saw the dull grey clouds covering the city as if to try to put a veil of obscurity over all of its inhabitants I watched the window as it collected splashes from the rain which soon turned to streaks of liquid as if they were racing eachother to the windows base.
It was so peaceful the rain always did ease my mind. I don't know why? It just did.
Today was the day we all visited the old basketball court. It's a basketball court me and Robert used to visit.
It was our little getaway when mom and Dave used to fight after I left I guess Robert never returned.

The gate had been beautiful once upon a time.
What was left of the fancy designs and the iron bars was covered in rust, and the gate was barely hanging on to it's hinges.
Needless to say, it was a sad piece of work.
But everything else looked untouched it's was like we never left.

"Are you ready to get destroyed" I announced bouncing the ball that we just brought from a corner store.

"You can wait later in bed when I destroy your walls but right now we're playing basketball, so I really need to focus on winning...is that okay baby?"
Austin remark took everyone slightly back as he just stood there with a cocky smile.

"Ouuuu you guys are nastyyyyyy...momma and papi are gonna start wrestling in the sheets" Zach announced as Andrea looked at him and Austin in disgust.

"Don't ever say or do that again"
Andrea muttered as she gave Austin and Zach a playful dirty look.

"Let's shoot some hoops"
Zach shrieked as he got out his whistle and ref cards.
We flipped a coin on who gets to pick their team first, and as you guest straight away your girl got heads and it landed on heads so I got first pick.
It was a good start for me already.

"Robert , Sarah , Alex on my team" I observed quickly trying to remember from our last game and who were the ones with the best ability before Austin tried to take all the good players.

"Daisha , Andrea , Logan and Jesse on bench for now but the rest your on my team"
Austin declared acting like he was in charge of the whole game I just rolled my eyes knowing that this game wasn't going to be an easy win.
Me and Austin both are competitive and stubborn.
This this might not go down well.
We all get into our places and gave our betting money to Zach to look after for every basketball game we play.
Like last time, this is a tradition for us to give in our betting money and whoever wins gets to keep all the money.

"I want a clean game no dirty fight.
You know the drill even though it might be fair we made it a rule so whatever team wins in the final round they win the whole game ....1...2...3 leggo!"
Zach announced the rules before finishing off his sentence with blowing the whistle.
Let the games begin.

Final round~ at this point we've changed some of the teammates

It's been a tough one so far, there's been so many passes and good defending but not many points.
Austin is dribbling the ball while trying to block me from getting the ball he quickly passes the ball to Daisha then Jesse speeds up to Daisha blocking her from shooting.
Jesse then passes the ball to Alex where his ready to take his shot.
His under pressure right now ....I can relate as it reminds me of when I first returned to San Antonio.
