Anthony's Pov:

Shit been crazy the last couple of days with Xandi and Toya, like come to find out Toya got real fucking mental problems and Xandi tryna press charges against me and Tempy behind Toya.

So to kinda de-stress and help Temperance de-stress I came up with the bright idea to go to the beach for a few days but not just any beach Myrtle Beach.

It has no special meaning to me but aye it's in South Carolina and Temperance was raised in North Carolina. I know it's not the same but shit they close and plus it's the thought that counts.

"Why we leaving so early in the day? It's 3:30 in the morning?" Temperance asked getting in the car.

"Road trip to the beach."

"What beach is the reason we gotta get up at 3:30 in the morning?"

"It's a five hour drive baybeh plus this give us bonding time." I said pulling out the driveway.

"Myrtle Beach?"

"Yep"

"Aw I always wanted to go there."

"I'm glade to be making your dreams come true."

"Yep but who's handling the daycare and shops while we gone?"

"Jaya and Justin, the two J's." I said looking at her before focusing back on the road.

"You know it's hard to find a oceanview hotel room in Myrtle Beach right?"

"That's why I reserved the room smart ass." I said causing her to roll her eye.

"Keep playing Anthony, lotion gone befriend you again."

"You a devil." I said before laughing.

"Nighty night goofy ass." She said leaning back while pulling her blanket over her.

"Nah stay up and talk to a nigga."

"Nigga bye." She said closing her eye.

Some wife I got.

I pulled into the gas station to get some gas and some snacks.

"You need to use the bathroom?" I asked

"Nah fam." She said laing back even more.

I shook my head and got out the car. I went into the store and grabbed a few snacks and then walked to the register.

"Hey Anthony." Carter said with a smile while ringing my stuff up.

What's good." I said not really wanting to talk to her.

"Will this be all?"

"Nah I'm getting gas as well."

"Okay how much worth?"

"$50 on pump one." I said passing her a fifty dollars bill and a twenty.

After she passed me my change of 10 cent and my bags I went outside. Put the snacks in the car and then pumped the gas.

Once the gas was pumped I got back in the car and got ready to drive off until Temperance got out the car.

"Bathroom" She said closing the door and running off.

I shook my head and crunk the car up. I plugged my phone up to the AUX
cord as I waited for Temperance to come out the store.

"Those bathrooms are so nasty mane." She said getting in the car.

I did a small chuckle and drove off.

"Ugh I'm so tired of hearing Gates." She said unplugging my phone and plugging her's up.
