So today we not only found out the gender but also our baby has a left atrial appendage (LAA) and from now on I'm going to have to see a specialist every week for the rest of my pregnancy and my baby is going to need surgery but the risky part is the fact that this surgery has only ever been performed on one other baby and that was across seas. So the surgery is risky but if we don't do the surgery then we risk our child's life.

"You okay baybeh?" Ant asked rubbing my stomach.

On the brightside my baby bump has finally gotten bigger and so has my breast, I'm officially a B cup.

"I just wish it didn't have to be this way. You know but aye we got through the cyst and we can get though this."

"Right and the good news is the doctor said after the surgery the baybeh will only have to stay in a children's hospital for two weeks. Then we can bring our baybeh home."

"Right, I just can't believe it though. Like out of all the things that could be wrong with our baby it has an heart condition."

"I know baybeh just like I know you had your mind set on doing an at home birth."

"It's just sad to think that if we say no to the surgery our baby is going to die." I said before the tears stared rolling down.

"Shh baybeh stop crying and don't think about it like that baybeh cause we gone get that surgery even if I have to sell the shops to pay for it. I don't give a damn if the insurance don't want to help pay because I will pay for it all. Our baybeh is gone get that surgery and we gone be a big ass happy as family. Just the three of us."

The doctor said even though this condition is rare she don't think it would be wise for me to try and have any more kids right now because this is going to be a emotional time for us and the baby is going to need a lot of attention for the first few months and I may stress the same maybe wrong with the baby if I get pregnant right after.

"You know I was thinking maybe we shouldn't do a gender reveal and just tell everybody."

"But I like watchin' everybody tryna figure it out." Ant said looking at me.

"Me too."

"Well there it is then, gender reveal stay."

"Sooo," Everybody said entering the house.

And when I say everybody I mean everybody; Mama, Mama Samira, Grandma Shyla Grandpop Sven, Sid, Scarlett, Shanjay, Mr. Anthony, Sheena, Shane, Shyann, Sandy, Justin, Kamel, Jaya, Zane, Leela, Dylan, Robin, Jellie, Mack, Nick, and they kids.

"Gender reveal baybeh shower, do y'all know what that mean?" Ant said grabbing Raya out of Jaya arms causing Ta'Lia to look at him like he lost his mind.

"Uh oh somebody jealous." I said taking Ta'Lia out of Sandy's arms.

"My bad mama, I just didn't wanna hurt uncle baybeh." He said before kissing her cheek.

"Well how the doctor's appointment go since y'all wanna be selfish with the gender." Grandpop Sven said sitting down on the couch.

"The baby has a left atrial appendage which is also know as LAA, so from this point on we have to go see a specialist every week until I go in labor and then after the baby is about two to three days old it has to have surgery." I said as Dj crawled over to me.

I sat Ta'Lia in my lap and then started playing with both her and Dj.

"Wait what?" Lele said looking at me and Ant with so much sympathy in her eyes. "The baby has to have this surgery?"
