It's A Long Way To Go

Chapter 13

*Charlotte's POV*

My eyes slowly lift open. I can see a fuzzy Quinn across from me. She is still sleeping though. I check the time on the stereo and it says 7:13. I carefully get up and see who else is awake. It looks like I'm the only one. When I see Jasmine and Harry's bed something looks odd so I went to investigate. Before I got to close I saw all of their stuff on the floor and by all of their stuff I mean all. Pyjamas, underwear and a bra. I decided not to look under the covers but I could see they were really close to each other. Something must have happened last night while we were all asleep. For their sake I hope no one else finds out.

I went back to my bed and fell back to sleep.

*Chloe's POV*

We give each other a hug and then we realised that everyone else got up to listen to what we were saying. I just shook my head in disapproval and Jasmine rolled her eyes.

"Just to get it cleared up, who saw us?" Harry said, "Please be honest we won't be angry or upset."

Everyone except Quinn put their hand up.

"What did I miss out on?" Quinn asked.

"Nothing you need to know right now," Jasmine said.

"Fine," Quinn replied.

Everyone helped out on breakfast. We had French Toast and it was good.

*Emily's POV*

There is nothing I love more than French Toast other than my friends and Matthew. I wish I had the courage to do what Jasmine did with Harry. Although I'm kinda glad I don't. We got on the road again fairly quickly and I drove. From the map we bought I guess that if we drive well today we should get to Phoenix. I've always wanted to go there hearing about it in the movies and stuff.

It's quite deserty around this area so the roads are relatively straight so there isn't a lot of concentrating required. Matthew is sitting in the front with me to keep each other company. A lot of the time we just talked about random shit that meant nothing to no one but it was still really nice. I drove for four hours until someone offeredto take over. It was Charlotte. When we switched positions I made out with Matthew a little then stayed up with her. As it turns out we have a lot in common.

It's three o'clock and we're 150 miles away from Phoenix. Chloe is driving now and Jasmine is up there too. The 'incident' that happened last night has been cleared up with everyone now. I seriously hope we'll get to Phoenix within the next three hours. I need a good sleep.

Hey guys.

I hope you liked this chapter. I've tried to make it much longer and I hope I have succeeded. I can't update to much for probably the next two months :( . I know it's dumb but I have a music exam (I play the piano) coming up and I need to practise heaps. I will still update but much slower, it may take a week or more to finish a chapter. Hate to be the bearer of bad news but if I want to pass I need to practise. In the meantime check out the books of the people I'm following cause they're really good.
