Janie's POV: Today is the big day. "16" just hit stores everywhere. I've been waiting for this for a while. I put my all into this album. It wasn't out for more than 10 minutes when I started seeing things about it popping up everywhere on the Internet. Most talked about how I'm back and how everyone thinks I'm gorgeous and more and more. I have been smiling all day long. I never thought it would be this popular. "Hello" is still #1 on many music charts. iTunes, Billboard top 100, etc. I'm just amazed by how this album's being received.

*2 Weeks later*
Janie's POV: "Ron I can't hear you what are you saying?" I asked again. I'm on the phone with my manager and he's trying to tell me something but he's breaking up. "I-I I-sta-eh-" then it cut to static. I quickly pulled the phone away from my ear. "What a piece of shit!" I yelled. "Maybe his phone's a piece of shit you don't know." My dad said as he walked into the room. "I don't know but whatever he wanted to tell me sounded important." I said. Suddenly there was a knock at the door. My dad answered it. My manager walked straight in. "Janie I've got big news regarding the album." He said. "I infer this is what you were trying to tell me on the phone, which you need a new one, but go on." I said. "Janie, '16' and 'Hello' has gone platinum." He said. My jaw dropped. "Platinum?!" I said. "Uh huh." He said. "Wait, you're telling me '16' sold over a million copies, and 'Hello' two million in these past few weeks?!" I exclaimed. He nodded. I started jumping and I hugged my dad. "Now we have to talk about this tour." Ron said. "Later man, ok?" I said. He shrugged and left. As soon as the door closed I squealed and continued hugging my father. "Whose record went platinum in here?" My mom asked as she came downstairs. "Mine!" I said. We all hugged each other. I ran upstairs and laid on my bed, smiling.

David's POV: "Have you told her yet?!" Iman asked. "No, I got distracted by this." I said. "Well now's as good of a time as ever." She said. "I'm going I'm going!" I said as I walked up to Janie's room.

Janie's POV: Could this day get any better?! There was a knock at my door. "Yeah." I said. My dad walked in. "Hey." I said as I sprung up. "Hey darling. Congrats by the way." He said as he sat down next to me. "I know. I don't know how this day could get any better!" I said. "We'll hold on to that thought. I need to tell you something." He said. "Uh oh, last time you said that I got the worst news of my life." I said. He giggled. "I promise it's not bad news. It's great news." He said. "Well then, continue." I said. "I got my test results back yesterday. Janie, I'm in remission." He said with a smile. I smiled bigger than I ever have. I squealed and hugged him tightly. Yes, this day got even better. First my record goes platinum, and now my dad's cancer is in remission. Everything is perfect. The tour starts next month. Let's keep this streak going...
