Finally when Taylah goes out for a run I take advantage of her absence to nap. While Kilorn romes the house.

Lying on the couch I let sleep consume me and dreams overrule me.

'Jess-' a familiar voice fills my head.

'Jessie-' it says again as a light pressure falls on my side, balancing on me as I sleep.

"Taylah let me sleep." I mumble quietly as I roll onto my back and the pressure falls away.

'JESSICA' the voice echoes in my head as the pressure pounces on my chest ripping me from my slumber.

I scream out and fling myself upright as a black cat falls from my chest and ungracefully falls to the floor.

'ouch' the voice said again.

"Kilorn?" I say scooping him up.

"Are you ok." I coo.

'jeez you have one hard head.' his voice filled my mind but no sound came from the cat.

I blinked at him, confused.

'what?' he asked. Once again his voice echoing around my mind as the cat's mouth never moved.

"woah" I say as I start to feel dizzy.

'hey, are you ok?' he asked as the cats features shifted from hurt to concern.

"how are you....."

'oh, Right I forgot that you don't remember.'

'Cats as you know do not have the capacity to speak like humans, so I just linked your mind with mine so I can speak to without shifting forms.' he said simply as the cat's shoulders lifted giving a small, elegant shrug.

"Um, ok." I reply as I watch him squirm from my grasp onto my lap.

'now. we need to go see an old friend of mine, Hold on to me and whatever you do don't let go.'

"what? why?"

'because I for one do not want to go tracking you through the middle of nowhere because you can't hold on.' he replied smugly.

I hesitate.

'well what are you waiting for.' he said looking at me with confusement.

'Do you remember the disappearing magic trick from when you were a Kid?' he asked after a pause of silence.

"yeah, why?"

' Just hold on, ok.'

I hesitantly place my hands around the cat's body. I open my mouth to ask what was going on but was cut off when everything around me blurred and my body was surrounded by cold wind. Nothing was infocus besides the warmth from the cat's body in my hands.

The cold wind abruptly stopped and I stumbled when we landed on a rocky surface. I look down to see if Kilorn was ok, Jumping when I realize that his body is no longer a cats but human form. concluding that he must have shifted as we teleported I let go and walk away.

He walks past me and the sudden realisation hits me.

He was stark naked.

Frozen on the spot I wait for him to change, remembering as a kid every time he he shifts from animal to human his clothes can't shift with him. Everytime he would shift he would quickly teleport somewhere grab clothes and teleport back.

I hear a whoosh of air when he returns.

"Are you coming." his velvet voice purred.

"y-yeah." I reply as I turn to see him wearing a plain blue hoodie and jeans, he was still barefoot probably from the lack of time to grab cloths. He stalks up a rocky path in front giving me a chance to register wear we are.

Nothing here seemed familiar. We were on the side of a high mountain and still climbing up. wondering what could be at the top as I hiked up the path behind him.

We reach a cliff face wear a beautiful garden lay with plants so exotic and strange that they hypnotized me.

My gaze follows Kilorn's to the cliff face beside us, A strange house half submerged in this stony wall of the mountain showed. The wood seemed withered and the paint peeled, but in an odd way the house still seemed beautiful. I stare at the strange place shocked and confused, I couldn't even fathom how this strange house was built inside the mountain wall.

Kilorn walked up onto the porch towards the door with me closely behind. Before he could even knock on the door it swings open, a woman standing behind. She had Hazelnut skin and black hair flowing freely to her hips, as well as strong brown eyes. she wore a tight red dress that complimented her curves figure. She examined me closely with a hard expression on her face, her gaze switched to Kilorn and her expression softened.

"Kilorn, it's been so long." she said with a fruity voice.

"Yes it has," he smiled.

"Aisha, this is Jessica." he says turning to me as she looks me up and down for a long moment until a pleased smile cracked through her hard expression.

"Come in," she said warmly as she moved to the side and Kilorn entered the mysterious house
