A/N Inspiration! I finally found out what to write since this was sitting here(metaphorically) more or less dead.

And thanks for commenting and voting!! I got 99 votes already and I'm so happy!

He was floating. That was what it felt. He heard whispers, but when he tried to look, all he saw was blackness, a brilliant wave of nothingness, startling and awe-inspiring all at once. He heard the whispers again this time but more distinct.

'Wake up,' it seemed to be saying, 'It is not your time, for a thousand years or for all eternity, we do not know'

Artemis awoke up with a strange sense of loss. He groaned and opened his eyes. He came face to face with Celia.

'Good Morning, juvenile Genius,' she said, Artemis groaned. He could guess that Holly had told them their adventures. 'How's life? I hope that it's not short since you've been in a coma for two weeks, and its holidays in two days.'

'And there was a Death Eater attack in Hogsmeade, and there were reinforcements were conveniently there. Why didn't you tell us there was going to be an Attack? How did you know about it anyway?'

'I worked against Opal Koboi. I have come to anticipate the worst every day when dealing with her.' He snapped. Celia realized that he did not want to talk about it.

When the next sentence came out of her mouth, Artemis was hoping that she would suddenly revert to the other subject again.

'I had to persuade Holly to get out of your house after staying here for two weeks, you know.' Celia smirked. 'She was insanely jealous that I was the one who will be keeping you company.'

Artemis groaned.

'And I need to ask you something,' said Celia, with an abrupt return to seriousness. 'Why don't you tell her about the incident, anyway? Holly told me that you never told her why you didn't fly that much.'

'I do not want to tell her,' he replied coldly. 'I do not-'

'Everything is not about you, Artemis!'

'Obviously,' he snapped. 'But in this case, it certainly is.'

'You are afraid that something will happen to her, something worse than what happened to Rodolphus,' said Celia softly, understanding dawning in her eyes. 'You know that she'll be able to take care of herself, she – '

'He was seventeen when it happened.' Artemis kept his voice cold and aloof, unwilling to display any emotion. 'He died in a duel with a death eater, who wanted to harm me, not him, because I couldn't help but give snide remark.'

Celia looked shocked. That was the most information that Artemis had given them since the incident, as they had begun to call it since he was ten had happened.

She inhaled a sharp breath. This explained why he had become distant from all of them, more so after his father had disappeared, and his mother had gone insane. Her uncle – Lucius Malfoy- had offered to come and live with him, but Artemis had shot them down.

Celia checked the time and sighed. 'I have to go, dear Artemis, do not miss me while I'm away!' She called over her shoulder.

Artemis sighed and decided to sleep.

A/N Sorry for not updating. Again. I do not have any excuse except to say that I had exams. A fever and a birthday.

Hope y'all enjoyed. I'll update sooner, I promise.
