Love is Cold

So Close

Leo was still next to me when I woke up. A lock of his hair had fallen over his eyes. I pushed it back carefully so as not to wake him.

Apparently, he had gotten up in the night, because he didn't have his shirt on anymore. His cold body excited my skin and gave me goosebumps. I crept closer to him and fell asleep with my head on his chest. The beat of his heart slowly lulling me into my subconscious. I didn't even think he still had a heartbeat, but I there it was, all the same.

"Morning, sunshine," Leo said when I eventually woke up. "You seem to have slept well. Comfy down there?" I blinked a few time and wiped the sleep from my eyes.

"Yeah. It is actually," I retorted sarcastically after moving my head back to the pillow. He rolled his eyes at me, which made me laugh a little.

We ate breakfast quickly and with a few kisses here and there. We talked about our current situation and what we,we're going to do when we were to escape. He keeps getting off topic and would make me kiss him if I 'wanted him to remember what we were talking about.'

We were getting battered by the wind and were moving to the back of the cave, later in the day. First, we had to talk about how our new relationship was going to be between us. We agreed to tell Darby, but that I would live with her until Leo and I were married. It's only decent.

We got it all settled and had time left over.

Leo took me over to the sleeping bag. He had kept his shirt off all day, so I wondered what he was planning. Nothing that that boy could plan would be good, but I went with it.

"Leave the coat," Leo ordered, turning to me and crossing his arms.

"It's freezing! No way in hell!" I protested. Using his super speed, he flew be hide me and wrapped his arms around me, trapping my arms. He slowly unbuttoned my coat.

"You aren't going to need this. It'll be plenty warm." Leo had reached the final button and slid the coat off of me. He tossed it a few yards away and let me go.

He slipped in and I followed, after kicking off my shoes. Leo kissed me as soon as I got in and I felt my brain go blank again as we got into it. We were so close this time. I pressed closer and he slid his hands around my waist. He placed me on top of him. I slid my fingers through his hair, while he slid his hands under the hem of my shirt and pulled it up a bit.

I hesitated and got a little bit nervous. I pulled away from Leo. I wasn't sure about what I wanted. I didn't know if I was ready to go that far with him. I had known his since I was twelve, but we had never dated and hadn't started til a few days before.

"It's ok, if you aren't ready," Leo apologized. He started to remove his hands, but I slapped my hand over his.

"I trust you." I kissed him and he kissed back. His toungue creeped on my lips and I let him in. We relaxed and became comfortable with each other

Leo lifted my shirt off and I moved onto my back so that he was hovering over me. He pulled my legs up so that I was practically wrapped around him. His arms were around my waist again in a quick flash and he held me closer.

Leo pulled back and smiled like a crazed demon. He wanted to go farther. We took off our pants and kept going. We were only in our under garments now. I could feel his strong muscles with each movement. We took each other in like a breath of air.

This time, I instigated the move and we took the rest off. His cold body pressed so close to mine gave me a new energy. I kissed Leo viciously and he returned it with the same energy. I sighed in his ear as he kissed me near mine. Then, on my jaw line, neck, and mouth again.

We copulated. He was gentle and patient with me, it being my first time. He kissed me and eased me through the pain. He only did what he was told was ok.

"I love you. It just took me while to realize it," I told Leo, holding the sides of his head. My fingers had been tangled in his hair and we were both sweating.

"I love you, too," he responded. Leo placed his forehead to mine and stared into my eyes. He looked like as if he was searching for something. He smiled slightly.

"You are so beautiful," Leo told me. "Don't ever change."

"Never. I promise," I responded as we walked towards the back of our cavern shelter. He, with his arm draped over my shoulders as we walked, smiled and kissed me on the top of my head. It felt natural and just so right.

We arrived at our destination and, at once, noticed the enormous door that was blocking our path.
