Chapter 23

Flash forward and we taking on the world together,
And there's a drawer of my things at your place,
You learned my secrets and you figured out why I guarded,
You say we'll never make my parents mistakes.

"Marco" I said, a bit desperate.

I walked up the stairs, fumbling around with my feet.

"Marco!" I yelled, almost panicking.

"What?" he yelled, as he came running out meeting me.

A little giggle crossed his lips, but I couldn't see him for the boxes.

"Take the damn boxes!" I said, as they almost slipped out of my hands.

Marco picked them up from my arms, carrying them into his place, well our place. I walked in behind Marco, as he put the boxes down on the floor.

"The last one?" Marco asked, meeting my eyes. I nodded, biting my lips.

"Yeah" I whispered, looking around.

"Well, this is a mess" I laughed, looking around.

Marco giggled, until it turned into his little crocked smile. Marco took a step closer to me, before finding my hands, interlacing our fingers.

"Maybe-" he started, shrugging his shoulder, "But it's our mess" he smiled, making me smile.

I took another step closer to him, as Marco pulled me close to him. Softly, he kissed my lips. His taste was sweeter today than normally, he actually tasted like candy. Marco pulled away, but his taste was still on my lips. He let his warm forehead touch mine, taking a deep breath.

"I'm happy, you moved in" he whispered, almost giving me chills.

"Yeah?" I asked, biting my under lip.

Marco let his hand slide up to my cheek. With his thumb, he slowly stroked it.

"Yeah, I can't wait to wake up with you every day and fall asleep in your arms every night" he whispered, making me blush.

"Just promise you won't get tired of me" I whispered, looking down.

Marco lifted my chin with his fingertip, placing a quick kiss on my dry lips.

"Never" he whispered, licking his lips.

For some reason, it made all my doubts disappear. I let my hand, resting on Marco's neck, pull Marco a little closer to me, before I let our lips crash. Marco softly let his hand fall down to my hip, pulling it closer to his. I lifted up his shirt, leaving his skin bare, before I pulled it off. Marco softly picked me up, before putting me down on the dining table. I pulled apart, licking my lips. I remember the first night here, how I almost panicked right here. It made me giggle a little.

"Bad place?" Marco asked, lifting his eyebrow.

It made me look up at him, meeting his eyes. I shook my head, sending him a smile. Marco standing there, without his shirt on, giving me that little crocked smile, it made butterflies pop up in my stomach. I let my hand run up Marco's stomach, to his chest, letting it rest there. I could feel his heart beat, which automatically made me smile. I pulled Marco down to me, as he ruled of my pants.

"We should be unpacking your stuff" Marco whispered, in between our kisses.

"Yeah" I whispered back, but none of us stopped.

I turned us around, so I was on top of him, letting my tongue slide down his neck. It gave Marco chills.

"So later?" he whispered and I nodded.
