"So, You're name is Pearl Correct? Pearl T. White" The Doctor ask sternly as she entered the room and closed the door behind her.

"Correct"

"I am Dr. Maheswaran I will be your doctor for today. What brought you into this hospital?"

  The doctor sat in a small wheely stool as she waited for an answer.

"I wouldn't exactly call this a hospital seeing as I was brought in for being alien"

  Dr. Maheswaran scowled at that "well I guess you're right, this isn't a hospital, its an asylum but I still have to put down why you are here" she stated, scribbling something down on her notepad.

Pearl sighed slightly "I'm here because I have episodes containing loss of sanity, break downs and panic attacks, blackouts, Schizophrenia, and a slight taste for human blood and flesh"

With a shiver she scribbled down more notes. Dr. Maheswaran then nodded, getting up to stand Infrount of Pearl, "now if I may, I have to do an examination, I can't if you do not consent to it but it is necessary to your safety and hours. It's either now or later"

Pearl snickered as she looked at the chart the doctor had set down and found her name. "go ahead Doctor, or should I say Priyanka? It's okay if I call you that right?"

Priyanka blushed slightly before returning the question with a scowl. "Just remove your cloths so we can do this."

The small light that lit up the cell flickers a bit before Pearl replied "alright alright" With that Pearl stood from her place on her cell bed and began to take off her clothing. "This alright for ya?" Pearl asked with a cheeky grin. Her personality becoming more unlike her real self. Her body was slim as usual as well as her alien like features, the electric blue gill like things at her sides still glowing.

The doctor nodded before checking around the room for any harmful objects. Concluding it was safe she stood up straight, only to be pushed up against the cement wall. Her breath being knocked out of her. She went to push Pearl off only scream in pain as the gem alien bit into her neck. A slender hand raising up to cover her mouth.

Pearl lifted her head back up, licking the red blood from her lips. She made sure not to bite in a place that would kill her. She only wanted a taste, besides, Pearl preferred to savor her meals while they were alive. Well, they only became meals if they didn't give in that is.

Priyanka gasped as the hand relocated, "w-what are you doing!!"

"Calm down, comply or You'll be my next meal"

With a swallow Priyanka nodded. "Okay, just. Please don't hurt me." She pleaded before being dragged to the small bed. Her shoulders pinned down harshly, sending a sharp pain though her neck.

"Take off your pants."

Pearl growled, "I said, take off your pants!"

"Oh sorry, I was a little brash there wasn't I. Here..." Pearl slid her hands up the doctors sides, causing the human to shiver slightly. The gems hands were surprisingly warm. Lifting her arms up slightly to allow the gem to remove her lab coat and sweater.
