She doesn't remember when she ended up here, in this wet cell. The smell of wet concrete and mold filling her senses as she constantly crept near insanity. Pearl rose to her feet, the only thing covering her frail body was a torn up once pure white shirt and ripped up pants.
Walking over to the steel door that held her in this prison she scraped her long sharp claws across the cement, leaving deep claw marks. Now looking out of the small window, fingers curling around bars. Her electric blue eyes being the only light source in the long dark hallway outside her room. The only sounds you could here were soft groans and the drips of water from the ceiling.
A few moments went passed and a guard walked by stopping at Pearls Cell.
"Oh, so you're the Alien all the guards have been talking about"
Pearl banged on the door. The loud noise echoing through the whole area. She growled, her teeth sharp and vicious.
"Oh don't get all scary on me~" the guard cooed teasingly "you're only here because of your behavior"
"LET ME OUT OF HERE!" Pearl yelled before turning to punch at the wall, small crack forming as dust and cement cascaded down. She then turned to punch the door, a large dent forming in the metal.
The guard looked terrified at the sudden temper, being knocked back by the door. It had popped off its hinges from the impact. Looking up through the bars of the small window he saw Pearl, hovering over him, an insane smile showing her Sharp fangs.
The man screamed in pain as Pearl punched down on the door once again, crushing his rib cage. Stepping off Pearl picked up the door, throwing it down the hallway.
"Oh don't worry, this'll only hurt a lot" she said as she laughed maniacally. The man gagged on his blood as long talons dug into his stomach, his eyes rolled into the back of his head as he screamed in agony. The long talons scratching down, before ripping the flesh away. As the man bled to death Pearls eyes grew black, in the past she never ate but right now she was craving something, something that would be considered inhuman had she not actually been alien. She was craving human flesh.
As the sent of blood filled her senses she brought a hand down to tear a pice off, practically salivating as she brought it too her mouth. The taste was like candy to a child, her mind going fuzzy as she broke and dug in.

Not even the other gems know how she became this way. How she didn't go corrupted like the others. Yes she was indeed "corrupted" but in the usual way gem do. Even with her gem cracked and scoffed up she still managed to stay in one piece as she fell down into insanity.
