Chapter 20: Happy Birthday Lucas

I woke up and looked to see Chrystal sleep. I sat up and rubbed my face. I went into the bathroom and closed the door. I washed my face, brushed my teeth, and went out the bathroom. I jumped on the bed and started jumping like a little kid.

"Wake up, wake up. It's my birthday." I said, jumping up and down wanting Chrystal to wake up.

"Lucas please." Chrystal groaned and turned over.

"Wake up, wake up, wake up." I said.

"Alright, alright. I'm up." Chrystal said, sitting up and rubbing her eyes.

I stopped jumping and plopped down on top of her. I smiled and she laughed a bit. "It's my birthday." I said.

"I know, happy birthday baby boy." She said getting up out of bed and walking to the bathroom.

"Where's my kiss?" I said.

"No where." She said and I pouted.

Chrystal Jackson

I went into the bathroom and washed my face. I put my hair up in a ponytail and brushed my teeth. I only said that because I just woke up and I hate morning breath. I came out the bathroom to see Lucas sitting on the bed pouting and his arms crossed. I laughed and he turned his head.

"It's not funny. It's my birthday and you not giving me no love." Lucas said and I walked towards him.

I uncrossed his arms and wrapped them around me and I gave him a hug. He looked up at me and I sat on his lap and wrapped my legs around him. I kissed him and he kissed me back. I pulled away and smiled.

"I do love you. Happy birthday." I said and he smiled.

"Now let's go make me some breakfast." He said, standing up and I laughed and hung onto him.

We got to the kitchen and I got down. I walked to the refrigerator and got out the pancake mix, eggs, and the bacon. I also got the strawberries out, milk, and vanilla ice cream. I looked at Lucas and he was looking at me.

"What?" I asked. Turning the stove on and grabbed a pan.

"Nothing." He said and I laughed a bit.

I started cutting the leaves off the strawberries and put them into the blender. I cut the bananas up and looked at Lucas again.

"This how your dick gonna be if you cheat on me." I said and his eyes widened and he choked.

"Chill ma." He said and I laughed.

"I'm playing papi... maybe." I said mumbling the 'maybe' part.

I laughed and Lucas looked at me like I was crazy. I put the knife down and put the banana in the blender along with the milk and the ice cream. I put the top on it and turned on the blender. I checked on the pancakes and bacon after turning off the blender. They were done and I cooked the eggs. After that was done, I made a Lucas a plate and poured the smoothie in a glass.

"There you go papi." I said, handing him his plate.

"Happy birthday Lucas!!!" Melanie said, busting through the door with balloons. Jaiden behind her.

"Happy birthday bro." Jaiden said and dapped Lucas.

"Thanks yall." Lucas said smiling.

"I guess Chrystal doesn't get any love. It's alright though." I said and started walking up the stairs.

"Hey boo." Melanie said, grabbing me and giving me a hug.

"Hey Chrys." Jaiden said, giving me a hug.

I smiled and Jaiden went to sit with Lucas and talk about what guys talk about. Asia and some guy came through the door and she screamed Happy birthday to Lucas.

"Happy birthday Lucas!!" She said, handing him more balloons.

"Hey Chryssy babe." Asia said and gave me a hug.

"Who's the guy?" I asked.

"Oh, this is my boyfriend Andrew. I met him three months ago." Asia said and I smiled.

"Hi, I'm Chrystal. I was Asia's roommate in college." I said and he smiled.

Melanie, Jaiden, and Lucas came walking towards us. Lucas wrapped his arms around me and I knew this is the part where he gets overprotective.

"I'm Lucas, Chrystal's boyfriend. Who you?" Lucas said.

"I'm Andrew. Asia's boyfriend. Nice to meet you." Andrew said, putting his fist out.

Lucas looked at him and kissed my cheek before walking away. I sighed and smiled. "Don't mind him. He'll get used to you." I told Andrew and he nodded.

Melanie and Jaiden introduced themselves and we all sat in the living room and talked. Lucas was in the kitchen doing who knows what. We laughed at something Melanie said.

"Mama, can you come here real quick?!" Lucas yelled.

"I'll be right back, excuse me." I said.

I walked to the kitchen and saw Lucas leaning against the counter. I stood in front of him and looked up at him.

"Yes?" I asked and he sighed.

"I don't know what it is but I have a bad feeling about that Andrew guy." Lucas said and I sighed.

"I know he's new to this group of friends that we have. I don't want you to worry about that on your birthday papi." I said, rubbing my hands down his chest.

"I know b-" He said.

I looked at him and he sighed. "Your right. I guess I'll calm down." Lucas said and I nodded.

I leaned up and gave Lucas a quick kiss. He pulled me back and kissed me again. I kissed him back and he wrapped his arms around my waist pulling me closer. I bit his bottom lip and he groaned pulling away.

"What yall doing in there?" Melanie asked and we laughed.

"Nothing." I said.

"Mhm." They all said.

This was a long chapter. I still have another part to do with Lucas' birthday so that's the next chapter.
