Weeks quickly pass and we're getting loads of homework! I'm managing but I do sometimes have to help James a little because of his Quidditch practices. It's quite early but James wants to win the Quidditch Cup in his last year.

He helps me with Transfiguration when Remus can't. Speaking of Remus, James and I went to tell him two weeks ago, when he got out of  the Hospital Wing. His response had been very different than I had expected. He went all quiet and asked if I still wanted to be friend with a monster like him. I was really shocked and James and I managed to convince him that he isn't a monster. After all, he can't do anything about it and he can't control it either.

Just an update on everyone and everything: Alice got out of the Hospital Wing after a few days, Snape is still being his grumpy and slimy self, Sirius is being more kind now that I'm friend with James although he does still annoy me and Marlene suggested to have a girls night so that's where I'm going to now.

It's just in their dorm but it's better than nothing. I managed to ask James to get us some food, he happily got us some more. I'd better get a move on now because otherwise I'll be too late.

I walk to Gryffindor Tower and I say the password (Caput Draconis), which I know because I'm Head Girl. I head upstairs to the girls dorm and then knock. I hear someone squealing and opening the door.

Marlene opens the door and gives me a hug.

"Lily!" Marlene squeals happily.

"Girls!" I say, trying to get some air because Marlene is hugging me very tightly.

"I'm sorry Lily!" Marlene apologises but I wave it off.

I show them the food James got me and put the basket on the floor. I sit with Marlene on her bed and we all start talking.

"So Lily, how is it, to be Head Girl?" Alice asks, unwrapping a cupcake.

"Well, it was weird in the beginning but I've gotten used to it now, so I kind of like it. Especially my bedroom and the silence in our common room when I make my homework," I reply truthfully.

Marlene yawns uninterested and says, " Wow, boring! Any other things!?"

"Marlene!" Alice scolds, throwing the wrapper at Marlene.

We all laugh and then quickly change the subject.

"So Lily, are you and James a couple yet!?" Alice asks, which makes me spit out my Pumpkin Juice in surprise.

"WHAT!? NO!" I exclaim.

"Just wondering because Marlene is," Alice says secretly.

"With James?" Mary and I ask in unison.

"No, with Sirius of course!" Alice continues, looking very amused.

"Alice!" Marlene exclaims, throwing a pillow at her face. "You said you wouldn't tell!"

"Oh well, I thought our Lilykins should know," Alice laughs.

"By the way, we aren't even a couple yet! And as a matter of fact, Alice likes Frank too!" Marlene informs, glaring at Alice.

Alice throws the pillow back with an enormous amount of strength which makes Marlene topple off the bed.

Dorcas, Mary and I are really amused! We laugh really hard, so hard that tears are running over our cheeks of laughter. I decide not to risk eating another Cauldron Cake, afraid that I'll not be able to swallow it.

Alice and Marlene start a pillow fight so we decide to join, still laughing.

Well, that is how our evening/night continues, laughing, laughing and even more laughing. Did I also mention the amount of feathers lying on the floor after midnight? I can tell you, loads.
