Hi guys, just a quick thing but I've decided to take Molly Weasley out of the story for now. She will come back later but it's just, it doesn't make sense with the whole story line with all her children and their ages so I'm sorry for that. If their are many of you who don't want me too, then comment and I might consider leaving her in the story, in Lily's year. Please comment!
James's POV:
I can't see a bloody thing when I come out the shower (nor did I when I was still in there) so I ask Lily, who was sitting next to my glasses, if she can pass me them. I see a big blur standing up but she quickly backs of again. She runs outside so well, I'll have to follow her :(.
She runs, well the blur runs, but I silently thank my dad for his long legs which I inherited from him. Thanks to my long legs, I can easily keep up with her.
After a few minutes I start to get a little tired. I prefer brooms, you don't have to have such a good condition to sit on your broom. Lily suddenly slips but because of the wet grass, I can't stop anymore so I trip over her and I fall onto her.
"Oomph!" Lily groans as I fall onto her.
"I'm really really sorry Lily! I-" I start but she cuts me off.
She softly kisses me on my lips. Lily is kissing me! LILY FREAKIN' EVANS IS KISSING ME!! Oh I forgot the 'Marie' part. After a few seconds I kiss back! My heart is really racing and it's like fireworks are going off! I've dreamed about this and wanted for this to happen for seven years, seven bloody years. To be honest, I didn't think it was ever going to happen!
"It's okay!" Lily laughs as we both pull away.
"Well, to be honest, it's more than okay," I say, looking happier than Lily's probably ever seen me.
She laughs and rolls over onto me. She wraps her arms around my neck and she presses her lips to mine again. When I open my eyes, I see two beautiful sparkling emerald eyes looking into mine. Lily laughs and so do I .
"Here are your glasses!" Lily informs, giving them to me.
"Thank you!" I thank, putting them on. "It's raining a little bit you know?" I say, now that I can see again.
"No, really!?" Lily replies sarcastically.
"Shall we go inside?" I ask, ruffling my hair.
"Wait a second!" Lily says as we both stand up.
She stands on the tips of her toes and she ruffles my hair. Wow, the first thing she wants after kissing me is to ruffle my hair!? Maybe she needs to sort out her priorities.
"I've been wanting to do that for a while now!" Lily laughs, shrinking back to her normal size.
"Shall we go now?" I ask laughing.
"Yeah!" Lily replies, shivering.
She takes my hand as we walk back to the castle.
"Lily?" I suddenly stop before wooden doors.
"Yes?" she replies, looking at me. Oh shite! Here it comes.
"Um, before we go inside," I start nervously. "Will you be my girlfriend?"
"Yes, of course you idiot!" Lily laughs giving me a quick kiss on the lips before we enter the castle. Thank Merlin she didn't reject me! It's the first time she didn't try to hex me or insult me. I still know all the names she has given me in the past. Moron, Potter you idiot (she called me that tonight again but in a friendly way), you arrogant toe-rag, you annoying git and so on.
