When I return from breakfast, Lily is still making homework. I shake my head, laughing, but I do decide to follow her example. I get my stuff and then lie down on the floor, seeing the desk is already in use by Lily."Lilyyy," I whine.
"Yes James," Lily replies not looking up from her work.
"Can you help me with my Potions essay?" I ask, not understanding anything about the Potion we're supposed to write an essay about.
"Sure, what don't you understand?" Lily answers, being the sweet Lily.
"I have just written something but I know that probably nothing is right!" I complain, giving up.
"Give your essay here, then I'll have a look at it," Lily says, holding out her hand for my essay.
"Thank you so much Lily!" I thank, passing her my essay.
"You're welcome but I think you may have misheard Professor Slughorn because he said lice eggs not mice eggs," Lily laughs, correcting it.
I laugh at my stupid mistake and apologise. Lily waves it off and then continues with correcting my essay.
As Lily corrects my essay, I decide to start with History of Magic, which is annoyingly boring. If it wasn't for Lily, I would probably have fallen asleep loads of times in class. I can't help it that Professor Binns talks so slow and boring!

The time flies and soon I can hear my stomach rumbling. I look at my watch and see that it's almost half past twelve. I ask Lily if she's hungry yet.
"Lily? Shall we go downstairs for some lunch?" I ask.
"Sure, I just finished my Charms essay so we can go downstairs," Lily answers, closing her ink bottle.
We head downstairs and see Sirius and Lily's friends also eating. We join them and then start talking.
"Where were you?" Sirius hisses.
"Making homework," I reply, taking a bite of my bread.
"Oh are you turning into a goody two shoes now?" Sirius teases, sticking out his tongue.
"Oh shut up Snuffles," I mumble, glaring at him.
"What! Why would you be making homework on a Sunday morning?" Sirius replies amused.
"Because I have Head Patrol after dinner till midnight and I'll be too tired to do homework after Patrol," I say.
"Oh," Sirius mumbles, not laughing anymore.
"What have you done now?" A cold voice says.
"Regulus, shut up and it's not your business anyway," Sirius growls, clenching his teeth.
As I suspected, it's Regulus. He's standing behind Lily, who is talking with her friends.
"Oh that's not very friendly! If Mother knew what kind of people you're befriended with! Mudbloods (he nods at Lily), Blood-Traitors and Half-Breeds, she wouldn't be very pleased but she's never been pleased with you," Regulus sneers.
"Go away Black and five points from Slytherin for the rude insults," I say with a nasty grin.
"You can't take away points Potter," Regulus replies.
"Oh I can," I answer, showing him my badge and pointing towards the glass in the front of the Great Hall. "And I would advise you to leave or I might have to take more points from Slytherin."
He gulps and then returns to the Slytherin table.
"What did he actually want?" I ask Sirius in a soft voice.
