The following day, they both missed work. Due to both of their alarms "accidentally" set on silent, they slept in. Both didn't seem to mind anyway, Tania was the boss - and Aryn happened to be the boss's girlfriend officially. It was around one in the afternoon when they both woke up. Tania and Aryn both shuffled their way into the kitchen, one making coffee and the other trying to find something to eat. Both rather abnormally quiet till Tan dropped a fork or something else and Aryn jumped at the sudden noise.
"Good morn- afternoon." Tania chuckled to herself. "Afternoon." Aryn looked up at her girlfriend with still sleepy, narrowed eyes and Tania tried to hide her small smile. It was adorable - still rather sleep deprived Aryn. "Come here." Tania's Aussie accent was still pretty damn strong- even when she was tired. Aryn stepped even closer to Tania and Tania kissed her forehead. "You're absolutely adorable."
"I'm deadly!"
"Deadly as a sleeping koala."
"I've heard they're deadly too!"
Tan sighed, "Yeah. Sure."
Aryn seemed proud of herself till she took a sip of her coffee and burnt her tongue.
