Why Did I do That?

Author's POV:

Justin was furious. He didn't like the way Selena did that to him. She had really pushed his pushed his buttons. She accused him of cheating. Like, that doesn't even sound like him. He would never. But in her mind she didn't mean to push him that far. She knew what she was doing but she wasn't going to back down. This is the biggest argument she has ever had with Justin, bigger than that day he broke up with Gabby. Or Gabby broke up with him. She was currently at home, crying her eyes out. She didn't know where they stood after this day. Maybe he would leave her for Gabby. Or maybe he'll just never talk to her again. She din't want that. She don't know what she would do without him.

"Calm down, just let him cool off." Demi said rubbing her back. She shook her head.

"He's not going to forgive me. I pushed him too far this time." She kept crying. Demi didn't know what to do. This has never happened before.But Selena knows he has a very bad temper. Sometimes he blacks out, that's how angry he gets. Then he's a whole other person. Like, he's there but not there.

"Well, why exactly did you do it?" She asked. Selena shrugged.

"I don't know. I thought that if I pushed him he would tell me the truth." She wiped her eyes. Then she realized he was never lying to her.

"Was he lying?"Demi asked, still rubbing her back.

"I don't think so. But he wasn't, why would he get so mad?" She asked. Demi shrugged this time.

"Maybe because you didn't believe him. Do you really think Justin would lie to you when y'all just started dating about 5 days ago?" She questioned. Selena looked down. Then she smacked her head with the palm of her hand.

"I'm so stupid! Why did I do that?!" She started pacing around her room, biting her nails. Then she stopped.

"Maybe I should go talk to him." She was about to leave her room until Demi pulled her arm.

"What?" She asked.

"I think you should wait. He's pretty mad and I don't want anything to happen to you." Demi said sincerely."He wouldn't hurt me, Demi. No matter how mad he is." Selena protested.

"I don't care, you never know. Call or text him first, don't just show up at his house." She nodded her head.

"Yea your right. I'll text him." She sat on her bed, next to Demi. She took out her phone, and texted him.

"I'm sorry, Justin." She texted. She sent it but after 10 minutes, no reply.

"Come on. I didn't mean to make you that mad." She texted again. Still, no reply. So, she decided to call him. 1 ring, 2 ring, 3 ring, voicemail. She sighed.

"He's not answering none of my texts and I just called him and she sent me to voicemail. What am I going to do?" She complained to Demi.

"I don't know. I can get Ryan to talk to him, but no promises." She sent a small smile. Selena nodded.

"Look, I'll see you later, but don't give up." Demi gathered all of her things, then left.

Selena really didn't know what to do. But Justin, he knew exactly what to do, ignore her. He didn't feel like talking to her at the time. He didn't know Selena could stoop that low, no one did. He would be going back to school tomorrow. It would be hard ignoring her when they had all of the same classes together and sat next to each other in each class. Maybe he would sit in the back of the classroom with Gabby. Then his phone rang. He checked the caller ID. Selena. He pressed the decline button, and continued with his game. He heard a knock on the door.

"Come in!" He yelled. Pattie walked in.

"Hey. Are you alright?" She asked. She knew what had happened between him and Selena and she couldn't believe Selena would get him that angry.

"No." He spoke, not taking his eyes off the game. He didn't feel like talking about it. He was still trying to calm down.

"It'll be okay. Calm down a bit." She spoke, trying to sooth him. He sighed then paused his game. He looked up at Pattie.

"I'm sorry, I just don't feel like talking about it right now. It'll make me more mad than I already am." He spoke, truthfully. She nodded her head, understanding.

"I get it, but you'll have to talk about it sometime." He nodded his head this time. She walked over, kissed is head, then walked out.

I didn't really know how to do this chapter. I'm kind of getting bored with this story. Sorry for the disappointment.
