This one's for damnwardell I hope you like this! I made it really long (:

-Jenny's POV-

I pushed some of my long hair out of my face and huffed, hugging the basketball to my waist. I was practicing layups for a really long time and it was starting to get really tiring.

"Hey, Jenny!"a man shouted. I turned around and saw Doc Rivers, the head coach of the Los Angeles Clippers. He's also a good friend of my dad's. I gave him a smile and walked up to him.

"Hey Coach. How's it going?" "I wanted to talk to you about something real quick. I'm having  a small surgery and I won't be able to coach for a while. I wanted to leave someone in my place while I'm gone. I know you could be a great coach for the guys,"Coach said.

My eyes widened. "Are you serious?"I asked. He chuckled and answered,"Yes, yes I am. You're good, Jenny. You understand the game very well." "Seriously Coach. Are you sure about this? I've never coached a serious team like this,"I said.

He replied,"Yes, I am sure. I'll take you to the office so we can figure everything out later today." I nodded and commented,"Sounds good."

I went into the locker rooms and took a shower before putting on normal clothes. Then I went home and did some paperwork before going to the meeting to discuss and figure out how me being head coach is going to work out.

-Blake's POV-

"I heard the new coach is going to be a girl. Her name's Jenny and apparently she's really good at basketball and can coach us to a win,"I heard Chris Paul say, causing me to eavesdrop on his conversation with J. J. Redick. "That's pretty cool dude,"he spoke.

Chris replied,"Yeah, hopefully she's actually able to coach properly." They started laughing and walked away.

That's interesting. A girl we've never heard of is going to be our head coach? I wonder if she's hot...

-Jenny's POV-

"Okay, so that's it. You are now the official head coach of the Los Angeles Clippers for the day,"the man declared, shaking my hand. "Thank you sir,"I said.

"You're the first woman to be a head coach in the NBA. You're also one of the youngest,"he informed, causing me to widen my eyes. "Woah."

I went and sat in Doc Rivers's office and planned out some strategies. I really wanted to have the Clippers win under my coaching.

I heard a knock on the door. I looked up and saw a smiling man with a basketball in his hand. Blake Griffin.

"Hey Coach,"he greeted, walking into the room. He shook my hand. "I'm Jenny,"I introduced.

Blake twirled the basketball around on his finger and responded,"And I think you know who I am." "Arrogant much?"I smirked.

He chuckled and said,"I just wanted to come by, say hi. You know, see if you needed anything."  I smiled,"Thanks. But I'm fine." "You sure?" "Yes Blake." "Okay, see you tonight then, Coach,"he winked before walking out of the room. I smiled and shook my head.

-In the Evening-

I nervously gripped the clipboard as I sat down on the chair, looking at the plays scribbled across the papers. The game was about to start.

A hand rested on my shoulder. I looked up and saw Blake.

"Good luck. I know you can help us win this game,"he said, making my nerves go away. I nodded and thanked him.

The team all huddled around me as the game was about to start and I told them the plan. They went and put it into action.

Soon, it was halftime. The Clippers were beating the Hawks 41-34. It was amazing.

We were in the locker room and all the guys were super happy. "Jenny, your coaching is really helping us here,"Chris Paul spoke. I smiled a bit and returned,"But hey, you guys are the ones getting those points."

Blake put his arm around my shoulder and whispered,"You're hot when you scream at the referees." He winked at me and walked away, leaving me in awe. Did Blake really flirt with me?

After a bit, we were back out on the court.

"Ref, that was clearly a foul! Give us 2 foul shots!"I screamed at the referee. The referee actually listened and gave Jamal Crawford the chance to shoot two foul shots.

I sat down and sighed. This coaching thing is very exhausting and stressing.

Blake was sitting next to me, just staring at me. "What're you doing?"I giggled. He replied,"Just looking at you." "And why is that?"I asked. "You're beautiful Jenny." "You're not bad yourself Blake,"I replied, earning a laugh from him. I continued paying attention to the game.

At the end of the 3rd quarter, the assistant coaches and I discussed our 4th quarter plans. The Clippers were winning by 16 points, but that could easily be tied if they didn't continue playing well. The players jogged off onto the court and continued playing.

I fought the referees to get foul shots, I screamed for defence, I did everything I could basically.

I substituted Blake out and he sat down in the chair beside me. "Hey Jenny,"he smiled. "I'm kind of in the middle of something,"I mumbled, keeping my eyes on the game.

"And I want to be in the middle of two of your things,"he replied, causing my eyes to widen. I looked at Blake. "I'm so sorry. That was weird,"he immediately apologized. I laughed a bit. "You know what, it's fine. Just forget you said that,"I shook it off.

"If we win this game, will you go on a date with me?"Blake asked. I responded,"Seriously?" He nodded.

"That's out on the Hawks!"I shouted, standing up. I sat back down and said to Blake,"Sorry. But uh, about that date thing, sure."

He gave me a smile and said,"Put me back in." I quickly took a player out during a foul and put Blake in. And Blake just dominated. The Clippers won 106-93.

Blake came up to me after he changed and said,"Now, let's go on that date, shall we?" "We shall,"I giggled, linking my arm with his.
