A/n: "Some days, he was able to say the right words and they flowed like a perfect river. Other days, his words were like puddles on a haphazardly rainy day. That's why he loved writing so much. His words became as vast and deep as an ocean. Sometimes, even more."

I found this quote recently and I absolutely adore it ♥ (Ps: I'm obsessed with quotes)^^

It was Harry and I's one year anniversary. Um, I was not in the mood. Both because we were a few weeks away from Senior prom and I had not prepared anything whatsoever, and also because college was calling. Harry wanted to go to the same college, don't get me wrong as did I but... I don't know, I feel like that limits my list. I shook my head as if expecting all the thoughts to vanish into thin air. The bell of the last lesson had rung, pulling me back into reality. I had been day dreaming. What lesson even is this? I shrugged to myself.

The basketball team was meeting in the gym for our last game ever. Off to lose I suppose. All we've done the past weeks is lose and I don't know if it's the lack of team work or if it's just lack of motivation. Either way, we suck. At this point I think a five year old alone could beat us. I grabbed my bag off the floor and swung it over my shoulder.

We warmed up, stretched and the first quarter of the game had now began. No one on our team was even trying, everyone was just so fed up of everything and everyone. It was a stressful time for us all. Between choosing the best college and just stress for exams, scholarships and worrying whether or not you will be accepted into your dream college.

As I predicted, we lost. I was exhausted. I caught up with Harry and we walked silently to his car. That was till I decided to break the silence.

"So, I had a dream about you," I told Harry causally.

"Awh how cute, what happened?"

"You died," I shrugged.

"Oh...um, well I suppose that's good luck?"

"I wouldn't hold my breath," I said laughing away. Harry rolled his eyes at me. I guess he's stealing my habits now. He opened the car door for me and I laughed, if only I had counted how many times he had done that. "I don't know if you recall but it's out one year anniversary today. Don't worry if you forget, I don't really get the point of making a fuss about it but I-"

"I didn't forget, I actually got you a gift," he cut me off.

"Well shit, I was hoping you forgot,"

"Why?" His eyebrows furrowed in confusion.

"Because now your gift is probably going to be better than mine, " Harry started laughing so hard that he started panting, I stood there confused as he struggled to breathe.

"Um, are you on some kind of medication or?"

"Give me a minute, " Harry said, panting. Still recovering from his maniac like laugh.

"O-k-a-y..." I replied confused.

"Anyway, what did you get  me?" Harry asked.

"Umm, No I don't want to spoil it," I replied and bit my lip, I was so close to spilling the beans. "What about you? What did you get me?" I asked.

"No way, You didn't tell me so," Harry teased with a wink.

"Fiiinee," I groaned and rolled my eyes. We proceeded to our Physics lesson but the teacher hadn't arrived yet.

"Let's go to the bathroom," Harry suggested.

"And do what?" I teased.

"Oh you know, things," I elbowed him and looked around, hoping no one had heard him.
