Love isnt always fair

*Ashley's P.O.V.*

"Hello this is Purdy girl Amber's Phone. May I ask who's calling?" I spoke into the phone while smiling at amber.

I swear she is so adorable.

"Uh yeah. This is Justin, Her Husband." The Voice who i now know is Justin said.

I can't believe this girl is married. Oh who am I kidding, She is beautiful Of course she is married.

I would be lying if i said that hearing she had a husband did not hurt a little because i am finding myself falling for this girl.

*Amber's P.o.v*

Ashley handed me my cell while mouthing the word 'husband' and i felt my heart stop.

Why would be be calling me now, we haven't talked to each other since i got to L.A. so why now? I pondered.

I held the phone to my ear while rolling my eyes.

( J: Justing A: Amber )

J: Hey when are you coming home?

A: Tomorrow. My flight is at 6pm.

J: okay well i have to go to Washington state next week and we need to talk when you get home.

A: Okay sounds good, Are you picking me up from the airport?

J: yea, guess I will.

A: okay see you tomorrow.

J: yep. Bye

and with that I hung up.

"So you have a husband?" Ashley questioned as soon as i set my cell down.

I knew this was coming,

"Yes.. Technically"

"What do you mean technically?"

"Well, we are married but we drifted apart so much that we are basically just friends who are married to each other"

"Why not just divorce then?"

"We just haven't yet, because we have been together so long that we were both nervous about being single again"

"Oh so i can do this, and not get in trouble" Ashley started and as i was about to look at him with a confused look i felt one of his hands tangle in my hair and the other on my cheek as he inched closer.

When i felt his soft lips on mine i was shocked. I didnt kiss back because i couldnt believe this was actually real life right now.

I have waited so long to be able to kiss ashley freaking purdy.

I was thrown back into reality when i felt ashley pull away.

"Why did you pull away?" I pouted just like a little kid.

"You didnt kiss back, and i didnt want to make you do anything you didnt want to do"

"Im sorry i was just in shock, is this better" I stated before i was the one who pulled in for the kiss this time.

After about five minutes we pulled away for air and i couldnt hide the blush that creeped upon my cheeks.

"As much as i don't want to leave. I have to run to andys house." Ashley whispered in my ear then kissing my cheeks.

"Okay but you heard me earlier. My plane leaves at 6pm tomorrow and I want to hang out with you more before i leave Mr. Purdy boy" I teased before walking ashley to my hotel room door.
