I cry
You hold me
I plead for death
And you save me
I sway
You carry me
I'm drowning myself
And you resuscitate me
I fall
You catch me
I itch to cut
And you stop me
I tremble
You reassure me
I lose myself
And you find me
I forget
You remind me
I have no one
And you're there for me
I cut
You cry for me
I make mistakes
And you forgive me
I overdose
You take care of me
I try again
And you don't let me
I get angry
You stay calm beside me
I freak out
And you remain the same next to me
I get confused
You explain to me
I ask you to go out
And you promise to come back to me
I fill up the tub
You buy groceries for me
I drown myself
And you get home like you promised me
I'm already dead
You unload the car for me
I loved you
And you knew that about me
I'm in the tub
You find me
I'm already gone
And you cry out for me
I'm being brought to the hospital
You go with me
I'm gone
And you still try to save me
I'm gone
You receive the news about me
I'm gone
And you collapse crying out for me
You loved me
I loved you
You tried to save me
And I left you
I was a lost cause, yet you still tried to
save me. I don't know why you did. When my life crumbled, you had my back. I know now, that I don't have to worry about no one being there. I know I have you and I can trust you. Having you on my side feels like I've got an army on my side. I love you and you are my world. Thank you so much for being there for me.
