"Hey" I muttered and caught up with Derek as Kat and I walked up the street, hand in hand, "We're out of spliff"

"No worries bro, I got a stash" Derek grinned.

"How do you know the kid won't want drugs in his party?" I asked as Katherine let go of me to light another cigarette.

"I can do what I like, free country and all that bull. Plus it's supposed to have tonnes of people"

"Tonnes of people means tonnes of drugs" Katherine nodded in agreement, "We can always leave if it sucks"

"It's probably gonna suck Kat, Miss Argent and her band of misfits will be there to ruin it" Derek patted my back, "She better of been a sensational fuck otherwise I'm never forgiving you"

"She was... Fine I guess" I shrugged and Der let out a raspy chuckle, "Sex is sex"

"Words of wisdom" He pointed towards the house which had teenagers flowing in and out of it as the music pumped towards up down the street, "Let's get fucked"

I grinned and quickened my pace, finally a decent party with enough people to avoid any complications. It was the best thing I could ask for. But when Ben Charleston strutted down the opposite street I was suddenly filled with mixed emotions.

"Oi, Charleston, how's it going?" Derek called out and Ben slowed down.

"Someone's gotta supply the shit am I right?" he smiled, chucking my old friend a plastic bag filled with a familiar white powder, ah, two old friends then.

"Cheers, I was in need of a little coke"

"Didn't think I'd see you here Adams, what with Allison in there" Ben sniggered.

"How do we know she's here?" I shot him a look and he toned down a bit.

"I know everything" He finally replied before waving to us and running to the front door of the party.

"I hate him" I sighed and followed Ben up to the house.

"He's my eyes on the inside, I love it" Kat laughed, "Plus his brother is a good shag"

We stepped inside the raving house and looked around for a moment before moving. Derek was gone in a flash, probably to locate the alcohol as soon as possible. Kat was more clingy to me then she was at most parties, it was starting to put me on the edge, or maybe the drugs was doing that.

"You alright babe?" I muttered and she shot me a look.

"Your friends are here"

I scanned the room again and my eyes locked onto Dylan, who was dancing terribly near an unsatisfied looking Lydia until he said something to her and ran upstairs. She was clearly looking for me, no doubt to attempt a guilt trip over Allison.

"Can we just ignore them?" I asked quietly and she gave me a quick pat on the chest before walking straight into the room they were in. Not what I had in mind but I followed her instantly. She sat down on the couch and grabbed my hand to pull me next to her, my eyes locked with Lydia's before I could even sit down, but it didn't bother Katherine one bit.

"You should do a line" she sighed and took out a small plastic bag full of white powder much like the one Ben gave Derek, "It'll take your mind off them"

"I don't kn-"

"Scott" Lydia was towering above me with her arms crossed, "What are you doing here?"

"Free country" I shrugged and grabbed the bag of Kat, "I can do what I like"

"Allison won't want you here" she seethed and glared at the bag, "And you shouldn't be on drugs"
