Nagising akong wala na si Theo sa tabi ko, he just promised na we will spend time together, he just broke his promise. He never does that.
Lumandas ang luha saakin mga mata nang nakita kong wala na ang damit niya sa closet namin.

Everything that is happening seems surreal. Pakiramdam ko nanaginip lang ako. Pero hindi ko ito pinaniwalaan na isa lang tong panaginip dahil yung sakit, ramdam na ramdam ko.

I can't breathe. I'm palpitating and I'm sweating. Signs that I am having my heart attack. My vision went black and I didn't know what happen next.
