Skyes POV
I finished up the last of the waffles and stood up.
"Im second thinking this paintballing idea niall." I laughed
"What do you suppose we do then?" Niall said standing up and putting the plate in the sink.
"I dont no." I said running over to him and wrapping my arms around his waist.
"Okay get in the car, we'll just see where we end up." Niall smiled dragging me along.
"I need to get changed!" I wailed racing upstairs. I burst into the bedroom shifting through messy piles of clothes on the floor. I pulled out a starry jumper with a pair of jeans. I pulled the jumper over my head, I sat down on the floor,
"Niall were are my vans?" I said shuffling through.
"Not sure but you might want to wear something more waterproof anyways." He smirked I shot him a confused look but wondered over to my suitcase and pulled out my union jack wellies. I looked out the window and it was pouring down with rain. I grabbed my rain coat from behind the door, and slipped my hand into nialls. He led us both out to the car, and I turned up the radio, and ed sheeran give me love came on.
"Niall were are we going." I asked He tapped the side of his nose smirking.
"Dont fib, you have no clue where were going do you." I laughed. he nodded his head, and turned up the radio some more, trying to block out the rain from outside. Niall furrowed his eyebrows trying to figure out where we was, the only thing outside were fields trees and more fields.
"Fancy hanging in a field. " He laughed
"Hell no. Drive on!" I laughed. There was suddenly a large boom of thunder from outside.
"DRIVEEEE" I yelled laughing. I follwed the rain racing down the window with my eyes, when I saw a sign of an old castle. That seemed to be the only thing there was in scotland, fields and castles. Then I saw the large historic castle up in the fieldy hills.
"Lets go up there!" I pointed. Niall ducked his head to have a look in the distance, He nodded steering the black landrover down the winding roads. There was no other cars in sight, just miles and miles of empty fields. The next song on the radio came on, Niall grinned so big, and turned it up, It was a drop in the ocean.
" I love this song." we both said in unision. we both grinned at eachother as the sound of the music and the sound of the rain filled our ears. There was another thunderclap but at that moment we pulled up to the empty castle,
"Seems rather desearted." I laughed looking out the window to the castle.
Niall opened the car door, and I sat in the warm car watching niall run round to my side with his coat hood up. He opened my car door and helped me out. I climbed onto his back as ran to the castle entrance. There was an old lady sat at a desk greeted us both with smiles, I was already dripping wet, but luckily I had my hood up. Niall walked us both to the desk as I jumped down from his back.
"Would you two lovelys want a tour of the castle?" She asked.
I nodded and I was about to reply but niall interupted me. "I was actually wondering if we could tour the grounds of the castle...like outside." he smirked. I looked up to him with my jaw dropped. and he winked down to me.
"That is certainly fine." the women smiled.
"Thanks." Niall smiled dragging me out back outside.
"ITS RAINING ARE YOU MENTAL NIALL." I laughed.
"Come on it will be fun." He said wrapping his hand round my wrist. We walked along the stoney path along the back of the castle. We then turned into a large garden with a steep hill going down. Niall tugged me to the top of the hill. We was already soaking wet and freezing.
"Race you down." Niall smirked.
"Your kidding right?" I fell about laughing. Niall got down on his back and shook his head. I did the same
"1...2...3-" Niall started Before he shouted go i began tumbling down the hill on my back laughing all the way down without stopping. I finally stopped at the end laughing and niall rolled into me. The rain was falling more heavily then ever now, Niall climbed onto his knees and laughed.
"You cheated!" he laughed.
"Na-ah" I shook my head.Pulling my hood over my head where it had fallen down, it didn't make any difference because my hair was already dripping wet and stuck to my face. I pushed my hair back and wrapped myself tightly in my coat and began shivering. Niall looked over and pulled me in closer to him, we both climbed up back to the top of the hill. And we began to follow the path, it led down to an old playground and a small coffee shop.
"Fancy a hot chocolate?" Niall asked pulling me into the warm coffee shop.I nodded chattering my teeth. I walked along like a penguin, laughing to the coounter.
"2 hot choclates please." Niall ordered. The lady poured us both a hot choclate and handed them to us I took a sip burning my tounge.
"Oweeee." I cried, Niall laughed and took a sip of his then doing the same.
"HAHAHA karmas a bitch." I said following him out of the coffee shop back out to the rain. the rain was pattering down onto the pavement forming puddles. I spotted one and ran oveer to it jumping causing rain to splat up my legs. I looked down and sighed.
"I meant to get you not me."
"Karmas a bitch." Niall imitated, but pulling me into him. We eventually made it back to the main castle building we walked through the main room with the old lady. She again greeted us with a smile, and niall walked up to the desk. I burried my head on nialls shoulder and niall found my ear and whispered
"Go wait by the car, Im going to quickly pay." I smiled and ran back to the car. I tugged it open but it was locked. I sighed, And stood jumping up and down trying to keep warm.
"Hurry niallllll" I whispered to myself. I stood facing the car and saw niall running towards me in the reflection of the window.
"Opennn the car im cold."I wailed. The rain droplets ran down nialls cheeks, and his hair was stuck to his face , he pushed it back and put his hood down. He looked at me deeply in my eyes. He stepped forward resting his arms on the car above me and he leant his forhead against mine, he ran his tounge along his bottom lip, and he leant in and kissed me, I ran my fingers through the back of his hair, he lifted me up so my legs were wrapped around his waist, I eventually pulled away and smiled I was still holding on to the back of nialls neck and he was breathing heavily.
"Skyee...?" he breathed out
"Yes?" i bit my lower lip.
"Will you be my girlfriend?" he asked
I nodded and grinned, "Yess." Niall laughed and put me down, He unlocked the car and we both climbed in.
