Waking up on a park bench, you start another day of being homeless. You sit up and look around the area. The suns just about to rise completely, and the way the morning light hits the park makes everything around you look so beautiful. You stand up and walk around taking in the scenery of the park. That is until you feel your hunger coming up again. You haven't eaten anything in days, but you are surprised at how you are still alive. You try to find some loose change around the park, and with luck you found five whole dollars on the floor. You smile and are filled with hope, but your smile falters are you realize that you'll get hungry again later. Not even the five dollars is enough for a decent or complete meal. You walk around to try to find a source of food nearby. After a couple of minutes of walking around you find a food stand runned by a skeleton, but you see that the skeleton is sleeping so you decide to wait by the food stand. Although after a while of waiting you grew impatient and decided to wake up the skeleton. You just couldn't wait for food any longer, your hunger was to high. You decide to tap his shoulder. Nothing happened. You decide to knock on his skull. Nothing happened. You finally get the great idea to just pull on his blue hoodie. You accidentally make him fall off his seat hitting the ground, but you didn't know how light he was being big boned and all. He quickly gets up and he has a flaring blue eye but then It slowly vanishes as he examined you. He smiled and took a seat where he once was before you pushed him. He looks at you curiously waiting for you to say something, but you don't say a single word. Instead you place the five dollars in front of him.
"Oh so whats it gunna be kid? Hotcat or Hotdog?" He smirks after seeing the curious look on your face as you question about the hotcat."Hotcat it is then."
"Wait that isn't what i-"
"Oh so you can talk. Well that's just sanstastic, here ya go." He hands you the hotcat looking at you. His smile goes nervous when he continues. "You can keep the money, it'll be on me kiddo."
You knew it was pitty he had for you since it was no charge. The hotcat was just a regular hotdog decorated to look like a cat using the condiments. You look up at the skeleton and laugh a bit at this. His smile widens looking more genuine than before. You say thank you to the skeleton and start to make your way towards the park. In a blink of an eye the skeleton is in front of you holding another hotdog. He notices the confused look on your face but he just shrugs his shoulders placing a hotdog on your head.
"W-what are you doing?" You ask the skeleton who now has a large grin looking at the hotdog on your head. He places another two hotdogs and starts to laugh. "Do I have to pay for that?"
"Just stay still kiddo." He places three more on your head looking down at you with a smirk. You start to get flustered, but you are still confused at his actions. "Tibia honest they look a lot more better on you than the kid." You hold in your laugh trying to keep the hotdogs in balance.
"Do you do this with all your customers?" You look at the Skeleton who now had placed twice as many hotdogs on your head.
"No, but I guess starting now-" he says this reaching for a ladder that he kept in his station. He assembles the later next to you before continuing his sentence. "Only with the cute ones." He gives you a smirk and your eyes glance down as you feel yourself blush.
You see a blue aura coming from the station, and hotdogs start floating over to the skeleton who was above you. You felt so silly being in this situation, but you didn't mind since you had nothing better to do. It felt nice spending time with someone other than yourself. Even if it was for their amusment. For the first time in a long time you didn't feel so alone. You are taken away from your thoughts when you hear the skeletons voice coming from above you.
