I'm trapped inside my own mind
Pounding against my skull inside
It might give Lucifer a slight headache
But it won't do any good for escape
.
Now I see Dean, desperate and sad
My fists hitting him, driving me mad
Lucifer has me at his mercy enveloped
I need to find a way to make this stop
.
Got to take control of my own sanity
But I've got to break the barriers
Before Time catches up with destiny
And instead I break my brother
.
Battling back ever so strenuously
But Lucifer's gripping the prize too tight
My brother, he's dying in front of me
SAM, YOU GOTTA GO AND FIGHT!
.
"Sammy, it's okay, I'm here, I'm here"
Dean reassures, he almost pleads
And my struggling soul slowly tears
As he utters "I'm not gonna leave."
.
And just one final punch, one to end it all
But a glint of the Impala, memories recalled
Moments we shared, from kids up to now
Enough to rid the chains Lucifer endowed
.
There's only one solution that I am seeing
It won't be pretty though, I'm so sorry Dean
I finally found a way to break Lucifer's wall
Now I guess it's time for me to take the fall.
.
It's okay, Dean. It's gonna be okay...
