So that's how the rest of the week went, pranks from different sports Captain's. It was mostly Grayson and I pulling pranks at each other. No one dared to come and pull pranks at us.

But today was the last day of the Captain's War. And today was early dismissal, which means we've got a football game.

And I was going to win this war, and everyone would think something else of us.

"So this year's Captain's war is coming to a slow end" Grayson says stepping into line with me in the hallways, the hallways were a mad rush especially on early dismissal. I've always hated it.

I hum just as the 'popular girls' pass us. The girls stop and catch up to us, talking with Grayson. I don't think I've ever rolled my eyes so much in life. Oh wait, that's wrong. I roll my eyes every five seconds I'm with Grayson.

Speaking off, why did he even approach me right now anyways.

"Good luck tonight Gray" I cringe as the blonde bimbo calls from down the hall.

"God those girls annoy the living heck out of me. I'm so glad I cut them from the team" I mutter, as we turn the hall.

"Jealous are we?" Grayson muses. I roll my eyes again.

"What do I owe this unpleasant visit?" I ask looking back. Trying to avoid bumping into a group of lacrosse players.

"Just wanted to know what the tie breaker for this year's war?" Grayson questions as I push my books closer to my chest.

"Tie breaker? We're evened out and if you think I'm giving up my chance of winning to make it a tie. You are mistaken." I huff out as the hallway we turn into clears and he walks up beside me.

"That's why we should have a tie breaker." He states.

"You're mad. I'm winning and you just won't accept that."

"You aren't winning anything." Grayson scoffs, laughing.

I hum, "why else would you want a tie breaker?" I chuckle, "if you didn't want to accept that I'm winning."

"Over my dead body." He shakes his head and I turn to him making us stop in the middle of the hall.

"No tie breaker." I say and he rolls his eyes. "Game ends on the field."

"You think I have a prank for on the field?" He asks, "I'll be too busy trying to win."

I smile, "looks like I win then." I say and walk away from him.

Grayson Clark will not know what hit him on that football field tonight.

Later that night after dinner, I rushed around to get my cheer gear together and seemingly picked up both Kalyn and Ashley later than I expected. It's not like we were late for the game per say but I am captain and I wanted to be there before anyone else. It was also a small tradition of mine.

"That's crazy, you know that right?" Ashley says to me as I pull into the school's parking lot, most of the lots were filled and the game wasn't starting for another hour and a half.

"Ashton knows the plan, he's fine with it." I explain for the millionth time.

"God you really want to win, don't you?" I nod my head, cutting the engine.

"Of course I want to win, what kind of question is that?" I ask my best friends with a chuckle. I pop open the door, Ashley and Kalyn following me towards the gym doors.

As we entered the school Ashton comes rushing up to me, "I'll meet you guys inside the locker room." I tell the girls and they nod, saying a quick hello to Ashton as they pass.
