It's been weeks since we got back from our cottage get away and I thought every thing was perfectly healed but I was terribly mistaken.
I was at cheer practice. And I went to do a round off back handspring but in the middle of my round off my ankle felt like it snapped, well I don't really know the medical term for it since its way to complicated for my own brain to pronounce.
And that's how I'm here doing homework in the hospital. I'm suppose to be getting results back in a matter of hours, so what better thing to do then do homework.
Lauren comes in holding Starbucks, I do appreciate her sometimes and this is one of these moments.
"How you holding up?" she questions, I shrug
"I've been worse,at least I'm not in a life or death matter so and it's not like I haven't had a sprained ankle before," she laughs as I give her a thumbs up.
"That's very true" Lauren nods, as I take a sip of my coffee.
Just then the doctor comes in "Well Miss Jones it looks like I got a small bad news for you"
"Seems like everyone has said that lately, but go ahead" I sigh
"From the results it looks like we are going to have to do surgery on your ankle. A ligament in your ankle has loosened and we just need to do surgery to get it back in place"
"Alright" is all I could say I was shocked.

I laugh as Kyle and Nathan crack a stupid joke. It was good just for the five of us to hang out again during lunch, because we haven't had that in a while.
"Ol seriously this lady at my work was literally going crazy because we didn't have enough glazed donuts" Nathan tells us and we laugh again.
Something catches the corner of my eye as I see a girl strutting down the line of tables and towards the lunch line. Everyones heads snap up to see the new girl.
"I heard that's McKenna White" Ashley says in a hushed tone.
Nathan, Kyle and I turn back to face Kayla and Ashley since we were sitting facing away from the lunch line and in front of the girls.
"White as in the schools senior nerd!" Kyle exclaims in a hushed voice, my jaw drops.
"Apparently she was done being pushed around and crap" Ashley continues.
I shake my head my eyes looking down to grab my fork. As I do so and the cafeteria goes back to normal lunch trays were placed around our small group. I look up to see Grayson and his friends eyeing McKenna.
"What the heck happened to White and when can I get her?" Noah questions, I roll my eyes along with the other girls as we all turn to watch her.
She was heading towards the popular seniors and my brother is currently in that group. I pray to the gods that she doesn't go after my older brother.
Nathan snort laughs "hey Becca looks like blonde bubble is going after your brother" my head snaps as she was resting her newly butt implants sat on my brother.
I shake my head, standing up and grabbing my tray "woah Bec where you heading?" Grayson questions.
I was more limping towards Mason and his table. Damn my stupid ankle. I should be using my crutches but I'm stubborn, sue me.
