The school days were getting harder and harder to avoid Grayson. He just seems to be everywhere, I mean we do go to the same school but that's besides the point and every time I make eye contact with him he heads my way.

And this was one of those times.

I look past my shoulder to see if he was coming. I sigh in relief before I was smacked with a hard chest, I groan.

"Rebecca" Grayson's voice was hoarse. I look up at him and he looked like shit. I look away, trying to seem annoyed.

"Rebecca please, I didn't mean it. If I didn't say what Josh wanted, he probably would've done something horrible to you" He expresses tiredly.

He rambles again and I lose focus. A finger was placed under my chin, lifting my head to focus on his blue eyes.

"Rebecca, baby please, I'm sorry." He says in defeat. I almost swoon at the fact he called me baby.

"Sorry doesn't always fix everything, especially when you've insulted my twin brother." I say roughly as I move past him

"What's hurts the most is that I actually thought you were Ryder's friend" I shake my head, "and it's always my mistake that I trust you."

"Rebecca" he calls again grabbing my wrist and gently pushing me against the nearby lockers. I squirm against him.

Our faces were centimetres away from each other's. This reminds me of our kiss in his car the day before my ankle surgery. I gulp, I couldn't fall for him again.

"I love your brother, I always will. And I love your family. I wouldn't say any of these things if I didn't love your family" He says "I know I made the wrong decision and I wish I could take it back but I did it because I'm responsible for you and I couldn't let Josh hurt you, not again."

"I never told you to b-" I begin.

"Yes you didn't but Ryder did" Grayson interrupts, closing his eyes in annoyance quickly.

I sigh, I hate you Ryder.

"Please just give me a second chance, I promise I won't screw this up, again." He begs.

"Don't make promises you can't keep Grayson, you should be familiar with breaking promises"

"Those are the best kinds" he whispers leaning his forehead on mine.

I roll my eyes before pushing him off me and walking away.

"I'm gonna get you to talk to me again, Bec" Grayson calls after me.

"I'll talk to you when Pigs fly" I call back as I headed to third period.

Today in the house was just Mason and I. Dad was of on some tournament with the collage football team, Nick was sleeping over at his friends house.

Cartier was at school and Adam was off to whatever he does these days.

I was currently doing math homework in the living room as Mason did his homework and watched a marathon of the Walking Dead.

Mason had talked to Grayson a few times apparently and they were fine. Ashton was cool with him so we're the boys but for Ashley and Kalyn ,there on the same level as me.

"You know he didn't mean" Mason tells me for the hundredth time this week

"Okay I totally believe you" I roll my eyes.

"Give him a second chance" Mason says.

"A few weeks ago you were yelling at him to get out of the property. So why the hell are you telling me to give him a second chance?" I ask, starring at the tub screen.
