Chapter 19

Maddie's POV

When I woke up Hayes was still asleep and so were the kids. I sat up and put my hair up out of my face and just looked at my hands.

Hayes got up minutes later and looked at me then got up and went into the bathroom. I heard the shower start so i knew he was in there.

I was kinda upset still but its my fault. When we were younger we didnt fight about anything at all. We cuddled and and cuddle more and just cuddled all the time. We had sex because of something then I got pregnant and everything went down hill.

I'm not saying the twins ruined it because they didnt but before any that we were happy, again not saying we arent now but some days are really good and some days are hell, literal hell.

I miss that, i miss the old us. I miss so much from then.

We loved each other, not saying we dont love each other now because we do but everything about us has changed. He doesnt smile anymore and I dont really get mad anymore.

Now he is the one always getting mad and I'm always throwing a joke around that he is annoyed by it.

When he asked me to marry him I was probably the happiest girl on earth that day but before that we would fight about every little thing.

I would have kept think but I stopped when he walked out the bathroom in shorts.

"Hey we need to talk." He said and I nodded getting out the bed with out waking the kids up.

We stepped inside the bathroom.

"Im sorry for calling you out your name and putting my hands on you. I shouldnt have done that and it was wrong to do that so im sorry."

"I sorry too. That was a dumb joke to play on someone Matt and I were bored and it was the first thing that came to our heads but really it was dumb and Im dumb for going with it. I know how you get when your mad and Im sorry. Can we go back to how were where when we were young. When we were never fighting about anything and stuff?" I asked and he nodded smiling.

"Please no more fighting." He said and I nodded hugging him.

"Mommy." One of the twins yelled crying.

I walked out of the bathroom and Jr was sitting up crying.

"Whats wrong? Stop crying okay baby." I said wiping his face then I put him on my lap.

"Mommy i get bad dream." He said sniffling.

"What happen in your dream Jr?" Hayes asked him.

"I not get ice cream but brother got ice cream." He cried and Hayes started laughing.

"Your okay now, are you hungry?" I asked him and he shook his head.

I rocked him a little then Matt walked into our room after knocking.

"Hey do you guys want to go to the fair thing at the end of the lake over there. You know what I'm talking about right?" He asked waving his hands in the air to show "over there".

"Who all is going?" I asked

"Me, Taylor, our girlfriends, Gilinsky, Johnson, their girlfriends, Aaron, Shawnee and Nash and Ally." He said. I looked at Hayes to see if he wanted to go and he nodded.

"What time?" I asked

"Like around one or two. so later on. Its only nine in the morning. Also Taylor made breakfast." He said then Paris came out of nowhere crawling and grabbed his foot.

Well she didnt grab it but she touched it until he noticed she was there.

"Okay we will be ready and we will be down in a few minutes once we get Noah up." Hayes said and he nodded walking away with Paris in his arms.
