Chapter 6

After The Naps

Hayes' POV

Maddie and I woke up around the same time because Enya was screaming at the top of her little lungs. I swear she screams for everything. If she wakes up she screams, if it's to dark she screams, if someone other than Maddie and I pick her up she scream, if  sleeps to long she scream, if she is hungry she screams.

Okay she is supposed to scream when she is hungry but you get the idea right. She does nothing but scream, poop, pee, sleep, and repeat that everyday. 

It gets annoy but I mean I have to deal with it. I looked at my phone and it was twelve in the afternoon.

"I'm going to go make lunch for the kids, feed her or change her or whatever is wrong with her." I said getting up. She looked up at me then back down closing her eyes.

"Can you bring her to me please?" She asked. I walked over to her crib and picked her up then laid her down next to Maddie.

"Daddy." Jr yelled. I was helping Maddie sit up so he was going to have to wait.

"Jr your dad is sleeping, and I don't know how to turn on your tv so you have to wait until he gets up." sky said. When i was done with Maddie I walked down the hall to the twins room.

"What are you guys doing?" I asked making them turn to me.

"He woke me up to turn on the tv for them but I don't know how to work their tv so he started calling for you but you were asleep so I was trying to keep him quiet but it didn't work.

"Okay, go back to your room. Lunch will be ready in a few minutes." I said and she nodded walking out.

"Come on Jr, and Noah it's time for lunch." I said picking them up.

"Daddy, you nose like me gone." Jr said and I nodded. I sat them at their table.

I made everyone a sandwich and chips then put it on the table.

"Sky, come eat." I yelled. She came down a few minutes later.

"Maddie, said to come help her with the baby." She said.

I grabbed their juices and put it next to them then went upstairs.

"What do you need help with?" I asked pushing the door up after i walked in.

"Can you lay her in her crib because I can't lay on my side, it hurts and if I lay on my back i can't see her." She said. I picked up the baby and laid her in her crib. 

"Are you hungry? I made sandwiches if you want one. I didn't feel like cooking anything."

"No I don't want anything." She said trying to get comfortable.

"Do you want a massage?" I asked and she nodded.

"Where at?" 

"My stomach, so if you do that you can put the stuff on me and then wrap me back up." She said. I nodded grabbing her ointment off the table.

She was laying down again now so I sat on her waist, well I was kind of on her thighs but basically on her waist.I lifted her shirt up and pulled the bandage off then balled it up to throw it away.

I tucked her shirt under her bra to keep it from coming down then put some on the stuff on her.

I rubbed it in slowly as she winched in pain.

"I told you to stay at the hospital another day, so they could fix you up." I said leaning down to her face. I kissed her cheek, her nose, her forehead, her jaw, and then her lips to distract her from me touching the burn.
