I wake up and look next to me to see an empty space on my bed, he must have left once I fell asleep. I look over to the other side of the room and I see Rowen asleep in her bed, he must have told her that she could come back. I dive back inside my duvet and try my best to get back to sleep and of course I dream about his touch.

"Em wake up
Em come on
Emerson
EMERSON!" I hear someone shout making me jump up and head butting Rowen.

"Ouch." I say as I touch my forehead and Rowen laughs before shaking her head, "your going to be late." She says.

Late? what am I late for its a Sunday, I don't have a class or any plans.

"I told Keegan that me and you would go to the beach with him and Kyle." Rowen says as she gets up from my bed and throws over a bikini set which lands on my head. "Uh okay and thanks." I say as I reach up to my hair and take the bikini set and look at it, I've never really worn a bikini before. I'm more of a bathing suit kind of girl but I guess, I will look good in this and Kyle will like it. Did I just think that?

"Helloooo Earth to Emerson" she says and waves her hand in front of my face, I guess I blacked out for a few seconds. "Yeah I'll put this on with some shorts and a cardigan." I say as I push her off of my bed so I can get to my feet and find my clothes. I walk over to my drawers and dig out my white cardigan and white shorts to put them on, alongside this bikini which is stripy - White and navy.

"See it looks good on you." She says as I cover my back with my cardigan after putting my bikini and shorts on. I don't know why but I'm blushing, it's not everyday I get compliments and it's nice to hear them even if it's just from a friend and not from a guy. "What time are we going?" I ask, trying to change the subject and Rowen goes with it when she tells me that, the boys are already outside. Just as well I got ready quickly.

As we walk to the car, I now feel butterflies. I hope it's not weird seeing him after what happened last night, he never texted me or anything. I didn't expect him to stay over the night, especially with one of his friends sleeping in the next bed. I see him sitting in the front seat again, he never sits in the back : it's always me and Rowen. She waves at them in the car and we soon get inside in the back and drive away.
