"Audition for Taylor Swift's new back up singers?" You said to yourself after reading the flyers that was given to you. "There's nothing wrong if I'll try? And besides, I want to meet Tay." You cut your words off. "And I want to forget all of this problems that I've been through." You smiled. A fake smile, to be exact.
---
You entered the music room, you brought your guitar and your bagpack with you and sat at one corner of the room. You sat on the floor as the other participants do. All of them are carrying their music instruments. A girl entered the room with her silver guitar. Everybody looked at her. She has this pale skin, curly blonde hair, pinkish lips and blue eyes. She was flawless. "Good day, miss Swift." Everybody greeted. She smiled and sit down on the table infront of her amplifier. "Uhm, so good day to all of us. I did this some kind of 'audition' thingy not just to have my new back up singers, unfortunately not all of you will pass. That means there's still some things that you need to improve. But that doesn't mean that you have to be severe for yourself because you taught that you can only this limited things. Be content, but don't stop improving." She said then she cling her headphones on her neck and plug it in on the amplifier. "And ofcourse, I'll teach you some knowledge about music. Music implies not only, rhythm, harmony, melodies, but also emotions. So, I want you to picture out this song. As this moment that I'm going to play it. Uhm, this song has a very very very strong music. And it's lyrics is uhm, very emotional. Not an exaggerated thing. But when I play this song. I want you to picture yourself." She played the song 'Clean' with her connected mp3 on the speaker. "Picture yourself like-- sort of coming out of a relationship, or trying to move on from some struggle that you had in your life, and feeling kind of tarnished by it. And it kind of talks about how if you really allow yourself to feel pain, I think maybe it's easier to get past it. For most people that I've known who've fought through struggle, a lot them who have really just faced the pain head on have come out okay a lot faster than the ones who just pretended to be in denial of it. Maybe you lost someone you never expected you would lose. Maybe you lost yourself. That's even worse. When you have bad days that just won't let up, I just hope that you will look in the mirror and remind yourself of what you are and what you are not. You are not your mistakes. You are not damaged goods or money from your failed explorations. You are not the opinion of someone who doesn't know you. You are a product of the lessons that you've learned. You are wiser because you went through something terrible. And you are the person who survived a bunch of rainstorms and kept walking. I now believe that pain makes you stronger. And now I believe that walking through a lot of rainstorms gets you... Clean."
