Hey brother, there's an endless road to re-discover.
Hey sister, know the water's sweet but blood is thicker.
Oh, if the sky comes falling down for you,
There's nothing in this world I wouldn't do.

Hey brother, do you still believe in one another?
Hey sister, do you still believe in love, I wonder?
Oh, if the sky comes falling down for you,
There's nothing in this world I wouldn't do.

What if I'm far from home?
Oh, brother I will hear you call.
What if I lose it all?
Oh, sister I will help you out!
Oh, if the sky comes falling down for you,
There's nothing in this world I wouldn't do.

Hey brother, there's an endless road to re-discover.
Hey sister, do you still believe in love, I wonder?
Oh, if the sky comes falling down for you,
There's nothing in this world I wouldn't do.

"Dick, will you shut that stupid music off?"  Jason covered his ears,"All that lovey brothery mushy stuff is making my ears hurt!"

The boys were cruising along a very dangerous back street in Bludhaven, where Dick was currently residing.  Tim and Damian were fighting in the backseat, and Dick and Jason in the front were dodging the random sai's and book's that were flying towards the front.  All while listening to Dick's music playlist from his phone.

"I like it!" Dick said and started to sing along to the song Hey Brother, "What about you guys?" Dick looked into his rear view mirror to consult to his youngest brothers.

"I like it... I guess... I mean I guess it's good.  I can listen to it.  Over and over again if you feel the need." Damian turned his face to the window, not admitting that this was, in fact, one of his favorite songs.

"I love it, I also love the message it gives." Tim said, blocking a knife with his book.

"Well then, Jay, looks like you're overruled." Dick pressed the repeat sign on his phone at a red light.

"Darn!" Jason restrained from cursing,"Well I guess if I have to listen to it, what is the message it gives?"

"A very sophisticated one, one that you would not be able to understand Todd." Damian threw his sai and it hit the windshield.  And it stuck there.

The three brothers turned and stared at him, along with a few other innocent bystanders who happened to see a blade pop out of the windshield.

"Damian.." warned Tim.

"If you're going to throw your sai, you need a little more accuracy!  If you were to hit Jason, you would of needed two more inches to the right!" Dick reminded him, instead of scolding him.

"Yeah, and you need a little more arm strength!" Jason added.

"Left hand!" Damian said, as Jason yanked out the sai and handed it to the back.

"Do it better!" Tim teased.

An old lady who happened to be sitting in the red car next to them and shook her head to herself, "Kids these days... always so violent and never being scolded for it!  Tsk.  Tsk."

Jason threw his head back,"Anyway, what's the message to this stupid song?"

Hey brother, there's an endless road to re-discover.
Hey sister, know the water's sweet but blood is thicker.
Oh, if the sky comes falling down for you,
There's nothing in this world I wouldn't do.

Dick swayed his head to the music,"It's basically saying he'll do anything for his brothers."

"Anything?" Damian asked,"That's a lot."

"Yeah, I mean, I don't think I'd go that far for you guys.  No offence.  I've already died once."  Jason said.

"Who has the courage to do that?" Tim asked.

"Someone incredibly stupid." Damian said.

"I disagree." Dick said, keeping his eyes glued to the 'road'.

"What do you mean?" Tim asked quietly.

"I would give my life gladly for you guys, I'll do anything for you.  I'll sacrifice myself.  Anything.  If I have to be tortured forever, then so be it.  As long as you're safe.  I'll put myself in the hands of the enemy and pretend I'm the bad guy, just so I can get intel for Batman." Dick explained, gulping away his Renegade memories.

"Are you talking about your Renegade years?  I've always wondered why you did that." Jason mused.

"For you and Tim.  And Babs." Dick said quietly, silently crying.

"Oh, you've already given up some of your life away!" Damian said.

"Yeah, basically." Dick nodded, unable to speak.

The car quieted except for the sound of the music.

What if I'm far from home?
Oh, brother I will hear you call.
What if I lose it all?
Oh, sister I will help you out!
Oh, if the sky comes falling down for you,
There's nothing in this world I wouldn't do.

"There's nothing in this world I wouldn't do..." Jason said,"I'd do anything for you guys to."

"Me too."

"And me!"

Dick smiled, knowing that his brothers' words were true, they would do anything for each other.

Hey brother, there's an endless road to re-discover.
Hey sister, do you still believe in love, I wonder?
Oh, if the sky comes falling down for you,
There's nothing in this world I wouldn't do.
